personally, i Think that People should first go for Polar set just to get further progress, no need to upgrade, but since devourer is way way harder to obtain, its best to start off with polar and grind for devourer

Dev set ain’t lowering there’s no reason it would, infact they might buff the dev bottom and mask so then the masks are equal stats and the bottoms are better. I only see them rising

frostbite helps against bosses that dont get stunned. both are good on their own
this frostbite effect needs to take effect after 5th m1 (knockback m1) but instead of knocking back, they get frozen, allowing u 2 to inf combo
