Spark of Creation Studio from San Francisco performs Moana JR. as part of the New Works Showcase at the Junior Theater Festival West in Sacramento on February 8, 2020.
I’m playing as the role as Maui, any suggestions how to sing much? Cuz I can’t find a good tone to sing like Maui like high,low,middle or anything, Tips?
@@nathanielbabauta7937 ok so I would try to add a dance to it also Over exaggerate every thing you do.act like you are king of the world.put a lot of emotion.if you can sing high do that if you can’t then try to still thing as high as you can go before voice cracks.and also sorry for being so late
But I did add a dance and movement to it where as all the other ppl just stood still (also I have trouble staying still in general so it kinda helped) but bc It was my first audition to anything and I never sang in front of ppl before i got stage fright and couldn’t sing
@@nathanielbabauta7937 I’m sorry to hear that I preformed all of this week in front of hundreds of people lol got scared but I don’t regret not doing this play it was an awesome experience

Thanks my audition was last week and I totally tanked it but I’ll definitely be trying out for the next musical
