In Microsoft Word, you can't directly insert a shape into a text field. However, you can place a shape near or around a text field to achieve a similar effect.

@zimistcoded not a question. Just a suggestion. If you save the doc as pdf, the progress bar will have gradient. If you print to pdf, it'll look just like the doc.
Thanks. However, Excel's conditional formatting won't provide the styling you need. You can create it in Excel and then bring it into Word, but if you want to create it directly in Word, use my method.
Any way to insert it into a Text Field? since my sidebar is a Text Field but you cant add forms there
