White Oak Mtn WMA Pota Visit

On my way home from North Carolina, I decided to stop and explore an are I have never been. I had fun taking a break from the road to play radio for a little while. This weekend was the ARRL DX Contest so it was more challenging making contacts as the band was completely full! LOTS of QRM. I even got to work 17 meters for the first time as an activator!

Yes it was. Couldn't find a clear spot on 20 meters. Lots of QRM.
