    What tools are you using?

Great question! I'm using duck-bill pliers for the large rings, and Lindstrom Rx stubby flat nose for the smaller rings. I just added links in the description.

Nice tutorial. Love the details. Can you tell me what I would need should I want to size down a bit on each jumpring?

That’s a great question. I’m not sure how much you’d like to go down when you say “a little.” I interpreted that as going down in gauge - which would likely create a significantly smaller piece as the larger rings would move from 14 SWG to 16 SWG. (15 SWG isn’t widely available, so I’m not including it)
I haven’t tested this, but I plugged the 3 main sizes into the Blue Buddha Weave Transmogrifier (www.bluebuddhaboutique.com/b3/ring_sizes/) and the closest rings were:
      KK16 - 16 SWG 5/8” (15.9mm)
      V16 - 16 SWG 13/32” (10.3 mm)
      J18 - 18 SWG 7/32” (5.6 mm)
I haven’t physically tested so I’m not sure they’ll work, but it is a starting point and then the rings can be tweaked from there.

Which pliers are these please? Also what's the coating on the tips called? Is it still available now?

I'm using duck-bill pliers for the large rings, and Lindstrom Rx stubby flat nose for the smaller rings. There are links in the description. The coating I'm using is Tool Magic - I'll add a link to that in the description as well. (I'm currently sold out, and hoping to have more in stock soon - the distributor has been out of stock for 4 months!)

I can't find the 14SWG 3/4 or 1/2" anywhere. What other size would you suggest?

You should be able to find the rings (as well as a titanium kit) from Metal Designz - www.metaldesignz.com/rainbow-titanium-illusion-hoop-earrings/ Blue Buddha offers aluminum kits - bluebuddhaboutique.etsy.com/listing/1262703069
In terms of other ring sizes, I haven't played around to find out, but I plugged the 3 main sizes into the Blue Buddha Weave Transmogrifier (www.bluebuddhaboutique.com/b3/ring_sizes/) and the closest rings were:
      KK16 - 16 SWG 5/8” (15.9mm)
      V16 - 16 SWG 13/32” (10.3 mm)
      J18 - 18 SWG 7/32” (5.6 mm)
As I told another commenter, I haven’t physically tested so I’m not sure they’ll work, but it is a starting point and then the rings can be tweaked from there.
