This is a Micra build I love! I plan on giving mine a straight pipe exhaust system directly out of the right fender. (That does mean removing the turn signals tho but I’ll just move them)
Hello, I leaving in Kazakhstan. In October by nissan micra k11 1L 3 dor, I love this car, very cool car for big cyti. there is little, up to 5 liters of 98 gasoline, there are no problems with parking at all. but in my country there are no parts for it, after all, it is already an old car...
Great restoration! I´m also working at one, now. Can you tell me the way, you lightened the flywheel? Did it make any problems? How does it feel now? THANKS!
@@joemotorsport2579 It is just a labour of love and a learning process. There is little to gain out of restoring a cheap mass produced car that isn't exactly a collector's item. :)
It is a inverted bilstein so it Threads at the bottom of the casing and the original suspension top is reused, it’s got 190 poundage springs, ideally I would have bought already made ones but because they were laying around and I have access to a lathe etc it works out cheeper!
I have watched to end. Nice Story.
That's great to see some young uns getting good engineering skills along the way. Well done
1.0 litre k10 & k11 are the most fun. Little pocket rockets with a few mods.👍😉keep up the good work. Looking forward to wots next?🚗
Yeh got a lot planned mainly progressing my driving this year, and doing a few bits along the way
Those are mass produced run of the mill economy cars, not "pocket rockets."
Why not 1.3?

Good job on saving it. Looks like you've done a really good job on it too. The mk2 suspension looks like a cool setup.
Yeh it’s all about making the most of what you have 😀
I take my hat off to you sir. There is some clever work and ideas going on here with some patience
Indeed, it may take time but it saves you allot of money 👍
Brilliant work! Love the build and the fact it’s on the cheap and with what’s laying around :)
Looks great reminds me of my old white micra but I’ve now got another micra
May i ask what happened to the original engine for swapping to another one? Ta!

Allready in progress 😉
Wicked job mate

We skimmed a bit off on a lathe and then we balanced it on an old wheel balancer, it works fine makes the engine very smooth

Can you explain how you made the bilstein suspension

The fist set of wheels u put on it what are they called ?

Where did you get the gear shifter
Make the stick longer for shorter gear changes
Awesome restoration. How did you find a k11 that cheap tho
They are generally cheep cars, if you look on eBay they are expensive with mot etc, they are generally around 100/200 now for one without mot
