Interesting. I have watched her SM hoobaes recording sessions which are great. They have great talent, ideas and colors but Taeyeon though. I can see how Taeyeon is such an experienced artist who puts in a lot of thoughts and have clear ideas of how she wants the song to be sung, the emotions she wants to convey in every line or even words. The attention to details. The many tries to get exactly the sound she aims for. The rich understanding of story telling through music. There is much less directing from producers and more of herself in every part of the song. She still asks for opinions but she has a lot of creative control. Taeyeon really knows what she wants and they seem to trust her choices. She has the boss energy.

Taeyeon is perfect because she works hard and isn't someone who will give up easily. She knows that her dreams could change any time and she will make sure to invest herself into what she loves doing now. Absolute legend who deserves to be loved, respected and admired. Singers rarely work this hard.

It’s so fascinating to see Taeyeon’s process to giving birth to a song. She puts in sooo many details. Some you probably can’t even hear with lower quality headphones/speakers.
FR, out of all the albums, I think INVU album did really have so much adlibs and high notes from her songs. I just know it'll be hard for her to sing it continuously for a concert.

My brother's wife, a professional opera singer, was so impressed with how Taeyeon navigates through quick tight syllables with absolute perfection in tone, pitch and stability.....and a lot of aspects of her singing....but I noticed her practicing these tight areas!!! So very impressive!!

Oh hi, finally someone who can relate to me. I have found Taeyeon and of course GG in 2012 during my uni years and since then Taeyeon is the singer I listen to the most. My music library is full of her songs..hhaha

Yes god, I've wanted Taeyeon recording behinds so so so so so so much. She's a true artist, a true vocalist, and a truly amazing worker. Siren is one of my absolute favorite tracks of hers ever, and seeing part of how it came together is a gift. She is a blessing

SM really has a thing for having their artists sing many different harmonies. We may not notice it much, but the multiple layers of vocal harmonies really give their songs that added OOMPH that makes their songs stand out with the best.

I normally don’t comment on videos but the part where she says “do people know I’m working hard on this?” Really hit different.. as a person myself one of my biggest fears are working hard but not gaining enough recognition from others…if Taeyeon is reading this, you don’t need to worry!!! Taeyeon’s vocals are a classic in the kpop industry and she has proved herself many times over and over, and she will continue to remain that way. I hope she recognises that her music makes countless amounts of people smile. Including me, because Siren is my fav on the INVU album!!

I love that we get a behind the scenes for recording, it just shows how much effort and hard work goes into Taeyeon's songs and I appreciate her voice and songs even more for that!
Before Taeyeon was mentioned "will people know that I am working this hard", that was the first thing that came to my mind looking at how Taeyeon goes though the same verse over and over, using different tones, comparing the changes, getting feedbacks, is really underrated and under appreciated. INVU got me to purchase the album but Siren got me on repeat even before watching this video. I can already visualize in my mind how the concert version of Siren will sound. Kim Taeyeon Fighting!!
