All together with downpipe, visconti fuel kit, ECU unlock, and tune im in like $3,000

Sounds like you might have a wheel bearing going out
I think its the tires? Ive had to replace a wheel bearing before and it didnt sound like that
does stock exhaust have bubble sound?
Yes in sport mode. The downpipes and tune will make it even louder
