Guru Pournami Meeting
In this meeting, Sri Sri Sri Acharya Prabodhananda Yogeeswarlu discuss 'Guru'
He says, everyone tags themselves as Guru but it's impossible to discover a Guru in this world.
'Gu kaarasya gunaatheeta: Ru kaarO roopavarjitam'
'Gu' 'Ru' has 2 letters and the meaning is,
'Gu' is 'gunaatheeta:' he is beyond Gunas / tendencies.
He doesn't have any tendencies.
'Ru' is 'roopavarjitam' he doesn't have any form.
The Guru doesn't have any form, nor tendencies.
Among humans who don't have any tendencies / Gunas?
Every human has them.
That's why he is asking us,
In that case, how anyone can find a Guru among humans?
How anyone can find a person as a Guru?
How anyone can accept a person as a Guru?
The Guru offers pure Knowledge.
That knowledge leads us to Liberation / Moksham.
If we check who exists as Guru among humans,
A Guru disguises among humans, but none of the humans exist as a Guru.
A Guru can come as a human, but a human has never become a Guru.
He is guiding everyone to choose wisely and check before trusting anyone as a Guru.
