I've worked on a welding job erection crew and the environment was so toxic. Constant belittling and bad attitudes. I love the positive reinforcement you give your helper and general light heartedness of the working relationship.

Helpful tip. Instead of using the level every time on exterior stem walls. I snap a parallel control line 1 foot in on slab..Then, just burn a foot from control line.

Thank you very much. You are concise and precise. After a stroke I was looking for a new option. I have helped people but always as a helper. After seeing you I decided to go ahead and try renovation and construction. I take notes and see it again and again until I get it. I will start in a few weeks. Thanks again for your help. It has been a huge step up into my life.

That’s what concrete does. It cracks due to stress, expansion, how it’s mixed, and cured. Mr Tim i’ve watched your videos and their awesome. From your post and beam to balloon framing.Your a genius. You should publish a book on your way of building a house.I would buy it.Thanks a lot.

The only guarantees my concrete guy gives are:
    1. He guarantees it will crack.
    2. He also guarantees it will never be stolen.

I'm going to confess to stealing this in advance. That's perfect.

There are 2 kinds of concrete. Concrete that is cracked and concrete that will crack.
