The slope may be very stable but with a hard rain you may experience a lot of water coming up against the rear of the house. I hope not. Such a beautiful home!

Need French drains or water will run into house and creep up walls.
Yea...it was a concern but to date no water ever in the crawl space plus we have drainage in place.
