That reminds me - why do we celebrate somebody´s love only when they get married? Why the couple (not this one, any couple) who are not married and do not really plan to, why don´t they make just a "celebration of their love" with friends and family from time to time? :-)

Mikes Videos looks like either an affluent friend/family member's backyard, or a park. Could be Memorial Grove park in SLC based on the landscaping, or maybe Millenial Falls in Draper... Edit: scratch the park thing, it definitely looks like someone's yard. There's a house on the hill above them, and it looks like the lawn is mowed but the trees aren't trimmed. UT is pretty good about trimming park trees.
Receptions in Utah are more of an open house, and less formal. We welcomed all our friends, since it was outside, some dressed more casual. It was a lovely gathering!

"Shouldn't"? Who says? I wouldn't have even noticed if you hadn't fussed. It clearly wasn't a formal reception.
Why are they even called hoodies? Used to be it was simply a sweatshirt (of the hooded variety vs. crewneck.)
