Thank the 3rd one worked for me. The snippet tool came up and I used it. It is one of the best and easiest things to use. Btw for anyone who may be wondering I have Windows 11 and an HP Spectre 360.
Just ausome and I learnt an important topic from your vedio.I want to learnt many it from many days. But can't get enough times. But from of your this vedio I cleared about it.Thanks...
Well I already left my comment but didn't mention that the computer is an HP. Been trying to do print screen for about 60 to 70 hours since I got this stupid computer 8 weeks back.
Is there a way to screenshot all monitors in Windows 11 like you would it Windows 10, like just pressing the Print screen button?.. I can only use one hand and pressing one button made that super easy. Now I can't do that and it's incredibly frustrating...
I have an app on my computer called SNIP. When I press my PRTSC--SNIP comes up, which disappears some of the data on my screen (e.g. context menus) so that I can not get a screen print. Any suggestions of how to disable SNIP?
i dont know, but if i try the last method, the thing doesnt pop up in the bottom right, like it doesnt screenshot it, i dont know how to fix that it doesnt show the popup on the bottom right if i use the 3rd method
Huh. I've known about the print screen button for years, but didn't know about Win+PrtSrcn. I might prefer *that* method. ...and Shift+Win+S is awesome, too. Thanks.
mine doesnt work, not windows key and print screen, nor fn and print screen, not even shift windows and s works, im running windows 10 on an hp 6730b.......
This isn't new shortcuts for Windows 11 or 10. This is old shortcuts that has been around since Windows 85 but most ppl haven't used it b/c they didn't know about that back in the early 1980s.
Trust Microsoft to mess up a good system! Most of their updates are just window dressing and confuses you by moving some of the programs to a different location. The Print Screen on Windows 10 was easy - just press the Windows and W key at the same time and then open the file and print. But who could have designed the Print Screen for Windows 11? Someone who has never heard of KISS!
you're literally the only person to mention that, and this video has close to 100% likes to dislikes ratio lol. that said, i actually have eliminated the use of "uh" in my most recent videos (this one is older). just saying, it's not as big a deal as you make it out to be.
@@techtips It doesn't matter whether I am the only one or not. Just try by yourself to listen to the speech at half speed you will understand what I mean. Otherwise, your tutorial is very precise. And by the way, on new Windows 11 you will have the three methods simply by pressing only the PRT SCR alone. It calls the Snipping Tool.
Superb! Just what I needed without a whole lot of teaching and dreaming. I love this! Thank you ever so much.
Awesome, very clear and right to the point, thanks.
Yes, I agree.
Super helpful! I have a windows 11 on a Samsung smart book and the first 2 options didnt work but the 3rd worked a charm :👌Cheers mate!😁😁😁

In the next video: How to record your PC screen without using your phone :D
lol I did do a "how to record screen" video, but I prefer using my phone for this as the main focus is on the keyboard.
👍

Yes some shortcuts are the same, but a lot of viewers weren't alive back then and this is their first PC.
I have Windows 11 and none of the methods are working.
ShareX is so much easier to make screenshots and make cropped screenshots and you don't have to remember ANY keystrokes.
Ctrl+win+S very shortly capture any screen

This is useless it's only works once
If you want to make clear tutorials start by not adding so many "uh" and "ah!, and not going back and forward when speaking. You spoil your own work.
