Thanks my friend dear brother to your video share fullsupport from hk watching
My freind much better if I' upgrade my streamyard for stereo audio because my streamyard settings don't have display for stereo thank for answering me😘🙏❤️
Just started using streamyard for our church. So glad I came across your channel!
Thank you so much . My past two interview were no good Echo in the background 😬😬🥲
i was blessed with your information. what would cause static during a live setting? everything is hooked up correctly. but after about 15 mins into service, the audio just switched and we kept getting a static interference sound for almost 30 mins then it just stopped. can you provide any ideas as to what would or could cause this sudden static in the audio?
Thanks so much for your comment and support of the channel! My first thought is signal interference maybe mobile or other radio frequencies at play in your environment. Also is it consistently 15 minutes into the broadcast? If so is there anything specific that is turned on at that time or off a half hour later? Lastly keep in mind that some times connections can create a storm effect which sounds like static but it doesn't happen immediately it builds until is audible. I'm really just sharing my thoughts on this, I can't say for sure with out knowing your setup. My recommendation is to go live during the week in a private group or an unlisted youtube video and see if you can duplicate the issue. In that setup you can test to see what the cause is. Praying for success!
Happy festive period !
I need some help / advice about the screen share audio quality.
The issue I'm getting is that the audio on the screen share is poor and its killing the quality of my videos.
How do I get the best audio quality with screen share feature ?
Thanks
Audio from the Screenshare is a known issue with StreamYard. I have a Mac and use an application called Loopback (which I select as my microphone) and play my audio into my streams with that.
Thanks for sharing. I have a question though. How do i connect my mixer board as audio source on streamyard?
This is for streaming church service. Thanks
At my church we come out of the Board into a Focusrite Audio Interface which plugs into the Computer where we're running StreamYard. You can select it as a your Microphone but be sure to have Echo Cancellation turned off to get full sound. Hope this helps. Ey whats up! I'm getting a echo when I go Live with 2 mics . Do you have a video on how to live stream with 2 mics and 2 camers ?
Cameras and mics are fine echo happens when you have open speakers in use. I recommend using headphones
Great helpful video. Thanks Kirk. One question regarding sound, I'm using two webcams with the two browser method. I've muted both mics, but when I unmute my main one, it cause echo as it unmutes the same camera within the 2nnd bowser window two. I have echo cancellation on (tried off too, same problem). Any suggestions? Many thanks.
You'll need to select the mic you want to use on the main page you'll control the stream from. Also you'll need to ensure your speakers (for all tabs) are set to something that has headphones or that you can mute/turn all the way down so there's no loop.
@@kirkrnugent You're a star, thanks Kirk. I did unmute the mic on the main page I control from, but because this screen is also on the other tab too, it automatically unmuted it there. I did turn off the speakers which did the trick though, so fab. :) Keep up the great work.
Awesome video. I'm currently having a problem using my X-32 producer board as my main mic source. When I go into audio setting the x-32 is there, but when I click on it I get no audio indicator(no movement on the meter). I'm using a mac computer. I have awesome video in the tester screen but as I've stated no audio from my x-32 producer board. What I doing wrong. Thank you for your help. Keep up the good work my brother
I'm not familiar with that board but if your computer is seeing it that would lead me to believe it's not a StreamYard issue. Are you getting sound from the board in other applications? If so I would disable them maybe they are muting it for other applications. Just my suggestion I'm admittedly out of my depths here.
@@kirkrnugent Thank you for the suggestion. I'm going to look into another aspect. I'm not good with the mac computer. God is good and in His time I will prevail. Thanks again my brother blessings to you.
Thank you for those tips. Question: I have a really tiny lag between image (webcam). and my sound card (steinberg). What can I do ? Tx man !
That's odd, I've heard of a lag when using a Capture Card with a DSLR camera but never with a WebCam. I guess I'm not familiar with the Sound Card (Steinberg) but I would try the webcam mic see if you have a lag there and if you dont you know the issue is with the Sound Card... Let me know what happens.
What is the upped kbps for the audio now? I didn’t know they upgraded it
It was a while back and not very well known but had to do with an increase in Bitrate. They've just revamped audio again this time bringing a stereo option. Our church attendees noticed the difference immediately
Hey Kirk, I'm a huge fan of your YT channel! I've just started using streamyard for my podcast and I'm having some issues.
1. When two people talk at the same time it automatically lowers someones or sometimes two peoples audio.
2. If all/some my guests have headphones is it a must that I turn off echo cancellation and turn on stereo audio?
3. For example if I have headphones and a mic and my guest doesn't do I turn on stereo audio for myself and turn on echo cancellation for my guest?
Thanks for posting the comment here!
1. To avoid this I recommend you and your guests wear headphones which allows you to turn off Echo Cancellation(EC). What your referring to is called "Ducking" and turning off Echo Cancellation(EC) helps to get rid of it - everyone has to have headphones though.
2. I always recommend headphones but turning off EC or turning on Stereo audio is totally up to you but based on your first question I'd say yes.
3. It's best if you both have headphones but the settings are for each person. So as the Host you can have EC off and your guest can have it On and it still helps to improve your Stream Audio.
Hi, Can you tell me what is best for me if I am having a facebook live witha guest? Should I select echo cancellation or stereo audio? Last time I had echo in my streaming when I was talking. My guest sound was ok and I did not inderstand why? Thanks!
My guess is that your guest did NOT have on headphones so the echo you were hearing was yourself coming from your guests speakers and back into their microphone - happens often. Echo Cancellation should take care of that so have your Guest check that box.
FYI - I have a new video on Audio Control for StreamYard that you should check out as well - ua-cam.com/video/Kg-dwr3NX5E/v-deo.html
Kirk, is it possible to do a telephone interview. For some of the guest who are not technical at all?
I like the avatar idea, but some of guys I would like to share a conversation with doesn’t have internet access.
Depends on what you equipment/software you have. I use Loopback as my mic into StreamYard and can call someone from my machine and add their audio to Stream.
Natively in StreamYard there is NO option to call someone
I use streamyard streaming to Facebook. Audio and video are out of sync when switching guests. What to do to solve the problem please?
Thanks for the comment. There are a number of things that could cause a mismatch in video and audio for each person on a stream. Most of them have nothing to do with StreamYard. This isn't a one click fix and will likely require some in-person support which I can't offer. I would suggest contacting StreamYard Support if you are convinced it is a problem with their system. I do offer some questions for you to consider as you seek to solve this issue.
Questions to consider: What are your guests using for video and audio? Is anyone using a Capture Card with USB Mic? Are both video and audio getting to the system at the same time? Are they on good internet(preferably not wireless)? Is the delay seen on their side as well as yours? Are guests seeing the delay? Do you see the delay when you watch the replay of the livestream?
Sorry I couldn't be of more help, I wish you all the best in solving the problem.
I’m using a Rode mic. But when I record I sound like a robot with playback. Do you know what’s happening Please help thank you
Sorry man I don't think there's much more I can assist with without seeing your setup.
I watched another video prior to this one. I’m in the business of guiding others to a better place such as yourself. This was very little growth for StreamYard and I was rooting for them.
They truly have falling behind and are doing like Apple, here’s a crumb and hope you’re gonna LOVE ❤️ it. If you knew what some others have to offer you’d be pissed with what they offer.
Their streams are pleasant but man are they basic .Thanks for the video but man this was underwhelming. I like you but Stream-yards not in line with at least 3 other services. Keep at it my friend. I’m rooting for you👊🏽
I look at all these platforms as tools to get a message out to a target audience. There are people who have varrying technical abilities yet still have something powerful to share with the world. StreamYard has one of the lowest bars for entry for someone with little to no technical skills to get online and start sharing their unique message. As I coach people my emphasis is always on content first not platform or lights or cameras but content. If TikTok and IG Reels can be used as an indicator there's a large audience that doesn't care about production value LOL.
That said if anything is worth doing it's worth doing well so that's why I share there tips and tricks and feature updates helping the less technical to level up on what their doing. I'm sorry this was underwhelming for you and I hope there's other content on my channel that will be of use and I thank you for the honest response and the support I need every bit I can get.
My dear brother can you help me to understand and solve my problem in steamyard as I am a guest.I am doing worship along with my intrument through audio interface (IRIG2) by my android phone.whats the problem means!.My singing voice by my microphone is clear. But my instruments output is not clear at all.My facebook live worship and video recording audio is clear with this same audio setup. But why my intrument audio is not clear when I go for streamyard with this same audio setup?
If you are wearing headphones you can turn off Echo Cancellation and Enable Stereo Mode which should sound way better.
@@kirkrnugent i am not using headphone. But using powered speaker for my monitoring.
Should I choose default or speaker or headphone option in streamyard audio setting?
THANK YOU!!!! You Just Answered MY Question And Solved The Problem I Had This Past Sunday! THANK YOU, Sir!
So glad to hear that, thanks for your comment and support
