ARSM: What should I consider when creating my ARSM programme?

I think it is wonderful to have a diploma like this but why on earth did you copy and paste the DipABRSM list? London College have a easier diploma and they produce a different repertoire so musicians can step up naturally.
It is much cheaper though!
