Hello sir, mera beta almost 9 months ka he dono pero me clubfoot tha humne tenotomy bi krvai 5 months tak shoes pahane panja bi upar ja raha he but heel ki position todi thik ni lag rahi to doctor ne fhr se tentomoy suggest Kiya he to kya tentomoy ke baad fhr se bache ko 3-5 months ke liye shoes pahane honge for 23 hours ?

Sir mayra baby 7 month old hai. Tenotomy ko 4 month ho gayeh hai dorsiflexion or abduction excellent hai but mostly baby heel zameeen par nhi lagata toe par khara hota hai im so worried kya solution hai please rep from Pakistan Lahore
If Dorsiflexion and abduction is good then nothing to worry
It may be Habitual toe walking
Do exercises
Use braces
With time theek ho jyega

Please can you explain in English ?
Tenotomy is not required in all cases and in this video I tried to explain when it is indicated and reason of doing it.
It is indicated when heel is tugged up and full Dorsi flexion is not achieved and if it required then what are the prerequisite doing it like Talar head should be sufficiently reduced , abduction of foot is fully corrected and medial foot crease should be disappeared
