I really love Ningen Isu and when people learn about them, because they deserve much more recognition than they have. These guys are just so damn talented. One of my favorite songs of them is Namahage, I like how heavy it is and even tho Shinji Wajima is a master at shredding in Namahage his shredding is just chefs kiss imo.

@@TheWolffAndTheMelody nice, when you're checking it out I'd recommend the UA-cam video as they have a pinned comment with translated lyrics for that song, if you're interested what they're singing about

For now, my favorite song of theirs is Imomushi. But I have only heard the anniversary album and their two newest ones. Out of...what, 22, I think? Genuinely not a single song out of those 4 CDs that I dislike or feel like skipping sometimes. None. When I think about not being able to get into this type of 70s/80s hard-rock in the first place. There's just something about these guys.
And you're right, their obvious enjoyment is infectious.

I love the approach you have to this channel, even though i was mostly in touch with metal music over the years but there is so much stuff that just passes you by its a shame to not get to know it. If you enjoy something more proggy with groovy and melodic elements give Be'lakor a try, the song Much more was lost is a perfect example of this.
    Much appreciated, thanks.

Real quick on the pronunciation of their name. Ningen, the G is a hard G. G as in "gun" or "gone". Ni is pronounced like "Knee". So Ningen is Neen ghen. And Isu is pronounced "is" or "iz". The u is either silent or barely-vocalized (a hint of the u) but vocalizing the u is acceptable. Neen ghen is or Neen ghen isu. Japanese pronunciation class, dismissed.😂😂😂
