those darned half-mags. I know this is most likely because Krinkels and Swain haven't found a fitting voice or flavor text for the half-mag, but this song really does fit with how silent half-mags' are.
Honestly, the way this OST was used in story mode... It's perfect! ( spoilers for a story mode stage below!) No seriously, how the music starts right after the player calls the elevator, making a nice mixture of that one horror scene in a shower ( don't remember the name, but it starts when the curtains was open)and Jaws (instead of a shark, it's an horde of zeds).. And also being swarmed by zeds, desperatly fighting back while waiting for the elevator.. I didn't struggled that much, and yet I could still feel how intense it was thanks to the music being used perfectly. "Beat the streets" was memorable for me, just from this. Thank you, Locknar.
The second part reminds of when you think the trouble is over because you're both in the elevator now until you realized that Zeds are dropping from the fucking ceiling while you're descending to your location, first place had open space, second one had you crammed into a death trap.
Just listening this makes me even more hyped damnson Can´t wait to play this game with my speakers will sound sickkkkkkkk I love this Drum n bassy style goddd it just goes so nice with Madness brvtal ooophh
1:49 4 years later and i still absolutely love this part
!!!DANGER DANGER!!!
# Half mag is coming!!!!!!
Arena Mode's train level used this as well. And hell if it isn't fitting. Fine work.
Doesnt get as much love on spotify but I always thought it had a good blend of aggressive and pulled back all at the same time.

@@bingusdingus3999 I like the implications behind the omission.
The interpretation that they're too cold and professional for chatter.
@@Taurmega They are silent even when they die.
Huh, so this is what they mean "dead silence"

Rest in peace Gil
1:49 my ears are bleedin'
it's rare not hearing the train horn at the beggining lol
ah yes,
the soundtrack where a Half-Mag destroy all my hirelings and left me with one corpus
Get smacked off the train by a half-mag/Get drowned by zeds: The Song
Jokes aside, this song is quite good!
awesome song! i wonder why its ommited from the soundtrack playlists
Doesn't quite feel the same without the train horn, but a banger nonetheless!
Listening to the ost again after Finishing Storymode makes them somehow more awesome, But I cant put my finger on where this one played!
This actually plays in Arena Mode, during the Fast Track mission.
