Bricky recorded this episode while in his bathroom because his wife's boyfriend was playing xbox in the living room and bricky was distracting him, we will work it out for the next episode.
Understandable. I hope that his wife and her boyfriend will soon find a new accommodation so they won't be further bothered by Bricky. Have a nice day. :)
anyone see Water World? There's a great scene in there where the baddies use an ani air cannon and two guys are in the back shoveling bullets in to it like they're stoking a train. That's how I imagine a kill blaster getting loaded, just all random ammo, shotgun shells, anti air shells, Chipotle burritos, you know, anything with explosive potential.

A friend of mine at my local game store is doing an Orkified version of the old Wacky Races cartoon making all the Ork vehicles look like the cars from the cartoon.
I believe the reason ork aircraft look the way they do is due to the fact almost every other aircraft is built in such a way that it can go from orbit to land in a hurry. With thick armor, it’s meant to be like a troop transport/ fire support. Ork aircraft however are meant to just go fast and don’t care about the vacuum of space
I think we should officially add Bricky saying "what in the goddamn!?" to the bingo, any other suggestions to add? I want to get an official list going.
Heh the talk of hair squigs just made me think up an NPC for the all ork Wrath and Glory campaign I'm planning. He's a hair squig breeder named Vidork Smashsoon. His job is to help the nobs and warbosses look cool while they go to war using the secret art of fashun.
Seeing this reminds me that a buddy of mine who's our resident Ork player owns an entire WAAAAGH of Orks and I have a lot more respect for him now cuz he made some of the most amazing kitbashes I've seen, including an entire army of Looted Imperial Knights

I absolutely love the 40K Orks. I didn't know much about Warhammer, until my husband introduced me to AR. And I fell in love with the Orks. I love hearing about the clans and all the crazy insane stuff they do and come up with. I now have decided to read Brutal Kunnin because of this. But now I seen they've done a 40K special for Magic The Gathering and I'm so upset because Orks and Squigs would be perfect for it.
Why was Bricky recording the episode from inside a cathedral? My man has so much echo he's basically an Imperial Saint. Which given his love for Sisters of Battle, would be accurate.
For that custom kitbash at the end with ALL the Dakka I really want to see a tabletop game where he's just a 2000 point raidboss like suggested. But every shooting phase the creator just flips through a stack of like 40 flash cards each being the data-sheet for a different gun and just picks like 3 or 5 at random to be the guns fired that turn. Just give it like layers upon layers of the RNG that the Killcrusha had but turned up to 17.
Can you imagine if they put something like the old rules for the Killcrusha main cannon in 9th Edition? The fandom would actually lay siege to GW's HQ to torch it down.
@@Florkl Yeah, I understood it as Bricky did, that 1,2 or 6 meant no shot was fired (with 6 dealing damage) and even if you fire with 3-5 you can't fire any other profile than the boom round.
Maybe you could read ancient of rites for your next book club. The story and characters are pretty good and you could cover the emperor’s children leading up to it.
I wish the ruleset works like they explained it, because that's the kind of nonsense that makes Orks fun. But you basically declare what shot you want, roll a d6, and if you roll anything but a 1, the tank works as normal following normal rules. But if you do get a 1, then the special rule applies and you roll another d6, and whatever happens, happens.

I like to imagine that orks have big garbage purple blankets with green corners to sneak shit under enemy's noses, because green means property of ork but purple is the sneakiest color, so the object they're transporting is invisible until they pull the blanket off.
The funny part about Bricky's hate of the Warkopta / Chinork is that it probably could legitimately fly if made as an RC model. It even has the IRL Chinook's mounting of the aft rotor above the forward rotor, the only thing that needs changing is switching the chain belt to a driveshaft. Helicopters without their aerodynamic fairings are basically as ugly as a ork vehicle.
Yo the one very heavy vehicle with 200 tons that can go 55 miles/h; 88km/h has a force of 120 MILLION joule just by smashing into a wall at full speed And great episode :)
Wow… Kirioth, Batteries Not Included… I’ve still got a copy of that recorded on VHS somewhere (I’m 36). Excellent classic film and now I can’t unsee the connection with grot tanks!
Orks do have the unique advantage for the true obsessives with large budgets and tons of free time - they can just take any other faction's stuff and 'ork it up' to create a near endless variety of potential models.
Literally got to the line "any vehicle can be an Ork vehicle", as I started building my Triaros Armoured Conveyerer; with the plans to convert it into an Ork Battlewagon

Two more ork vehicles that exist but only in the lore are a rok and an attack moon. A rok is just a hollowed out meteor just armed to the fucking teeth with guns and thrusters. An attack moon, which is my favorite, were used during the war of the beast. It was essentially either a moon with a shitload of rockets and guns or a completely artifical moon with a tractor beam that pulled resources from a planet that it was orbiting. Not only that, it was technically an ork staging area because it was technically an ork portal gate so they could move ork armies from one sector to another for battle. But the best and my favorite feature is that there was an ork face on the moon, like the man in the moon thing, made out of metal and could be used by the Beast(s) to speak. So the Beast would talk and the metal face would move in sync with the Beast.
Special shout out to the Meng Toon Tank series of models, make for an awesome base for Ork vehicles, with the light tanks being about perfect size for grot tanks and cheaper than the official models.
The Orks are as mad max as it gets and they are huge and terrifying. Being a Guardsmen or PDF fighting that would suck so much. You are well off 1vs1 at range but once they are close you are screwed and it's never even numbers when facing Orks you are always outnumbered as a human.
