The berries of pepper trees are rich in essential oil, which imparts a peppery flavor, and are used in syrups, vinegar, and beverages in Peru as well as Chilean wines. In some countries, dried and ground berries are used as a pepper substitute or as an adulterant of black pepper

Well, first of all thanks to reply dear, and so far as your problem is concern you should have optimistic about.
The study tell us if the tree is in a garden or in a yard or in an open area or in sunny area it starts giving seeds in 2 years of age usually from November to December every year,
The growth of tree is depend upon proper watering, sun light, air circulation, and ground health, for ground health dig it 6 inches deep around the 3 feet area of a tree, then mix some urea, or cow dunk, egg shell to it, another imported thing is that don't cut the central main part of trees till the age of 2 years however trim the other parts of tree properly, they grow in a range of light levels, but growth increases in full sunlight.
Brazilian pepper trees reach early maturity (within 3 years of germinating), producing large amounts of seeds. Root suckers also promote new plants; causing native species to be excluded. These pepper trees can grow on sites with varying water availability. These trees do best under the light of full sun. If you treat them to enough light, they can reach heights of up to fifty feet.
While pepper trees are drought-tolerant, you should ensure their soil is constantly moist. This helps their shallow root systems extend out properly after the seeds germinate. But avoid waterlogging the ground and ensure they make their home in a well-draining environment.
