So if nobody pays council tax we will have to do without the police bin collections schools building inspectors I suppose we will have buildings collapse but does that really matter. I’d rather😊 have Richards lawless society you can Mug people children not having to go to school not having to take exams. What a foundation for the. That made Richard so happy when he was told councils up and down the country are collapsing. Richard is a step closer to his unorganised shambolic community. The pair of them are unbelievable.

Have you not noticed that crimes against plebs' bodies/minds are increasingly treated as a non-event by the authorities, whereas not submitting to authorities' will is being treated as heinous? This is consistent with the legal system they're "building back" to.
They'll lock up the odd one to make an example, for it'll be cost-effective by encouraging compliance and the old money-go-round to the benefit of those involved eg Serco. Feeling lucky?

I simply don't have the time or the energy ro deal with these additional issues ... for me it's easier just to pay and not have the worry i have however successfully canceled the tv licence and removed there emplied right of access to my house which they have acknowledged and sent me a letter of acknowledgement and havent bothered me for over 3 years no visits/ no snotty letters nothing.... but I'm watching you Richard and when u find a pain free way not to pay this tax I will respond accordingly... keep up the good work and happy new year to you and the lovely Julie

I cannot say that I agree with having Gavin on again. My experience with sovereign empowerment was handing over several hundred pounds in ‘donations’ for a so say guaranteed win which NEVER happened, period. Bailiffs kept coming and in the end a registered one turned up and clamped the car on the driveway and left a notice for me to cough up two grand. The advice I got from sovereign empowerment was to ignore the written notice I received several weeks prior to their visit. Gavin has also FAILED to prove he does NOT pay council tax himself….I am still fuming with sovereign empowerment as I did not get what was promised. And apparently it was ‘my choice’, yes my choice to pay someone that gave bad advice that I cant get a refund from! Just how many visits can you tolerate to your home from Bristow & Sutor??? warrant
In finance, a warrant is a security that entitles the holder to buy or sell stock, typically the stock of the issuing company, at a fixed price called the exercise price.
Warrants and options are similar in that the two contractual financial instruments allow the holder special rights to buy securities. Both are discretionary and have expiration dates. They differ mainly in that warrants are only issued by specific authorized institutions (typically the corporation on which the warrant is based) and in certain technical aspects of their trading and exercise.
Warrants are frequently attached to bonds or preferred stock as a sweetener, allowing the issuer to pay lower interest rates or dividends.

With regard to identifying judge's signatures. I spent many years pressing the court to identify the judge's name who signed an alleged liability order which was a copy from the block list. The court replied claiming they could not identify the signature, and the claimed judges name in print did not exist. Hence the difficulty in identifying the individuals. Reason there is a list of judges and if their name was printed one could confirm they were not on the list. While I could never prove it the court not recognising the signatures suggested the signatures were council employees claiming to be acting as a judge. Alternatively they were a real judge being paid by the court to hold the hearings (outside official capacity) on behalf of the council. Either way the document was unlawful and the signee would be personally liable if they could be identified. Both block lisings had over 1000 names each supposedly heard same day.
Also we attended a court liability hearing and enquired with court staff about the details and were told we would have to ask the council. confirming the "court hearings" were under total control of the council. I remind everyone that it is unlawful for a council to act in a judicial role. But you try telling the court. Reason you will get nowhere is because the councils & courts are working together. Reference Bribget Prentice MOJ Council Tax enforcement in magistrates courts 26/11/2016 where she stated in parliament "In particular HMCS has
identified examples of fees not being charged to local authorities for issuing proceedings and some examples of a failure at Salford magistrates’ court to enter the results of applications for liability orders on the court register. More seriously two magistrates’ courts, Rochdale and Salford permitted the local authorities to issue summonses requiring attendance at court without the authorisation of the court." Stating "This was a clear procedural failing and was immediately stopped" and concluded by claiming "The issues identified in Rochdale and Salford have been fully investigated and I am satisfied that correct procedures are now in place. A national check was carried out that revealed no similar practices and all courts have been reminded of the importance of following the correct procedures."
We know while Mrs Prentice may have honestly been under the impression her statement was true. We even today see evidence of these abuse. Proving they never stopped and the authorities/parliament are fully aware this is happened despite being unlawful. They all should be locked up. But so many are complicit that it would take a revolution and total reorganisation (clear out) of this countries political & legal systems. Proving everything in this country has been corrupted and the reason the government want to trash human rights.

I really struggle to grasp the ‘complications’ with the Poll Tax, Community Charge or Council Tax. A Politician from Glasgow with pretty decent legal knowledge (graduated in Law) was sent to prison, it’s a high profile well known case, he wasn’t jailed for non-payment but because he was militant and attended demonstrations against warrant sales to make it difficult for councils to recoup funds they banned him from attending these events and it spiralled out of control from there…yeah I know he eventually got locked up for ‘perjury’ but the establishment created a mechanism/obstacles to make it difficult for him and his legal pedigree is pretty good…it’s not a simple problem…seems deliberately complicated and confusing..! 😇

You'll often end up with an attachments to earnings order which most employers will comply with or it will be automatically taken from your benefits. The point is you want to see the corporate claimant in the flesh, you don't want to pay a proxy, a representative, the court, or a stranger. Offer to meet the claimant, in this case, the council in the flesh to hand over the payment in full at the office of the solicitor at an agreed date and time.
If he or she doesn't turn up, which we know they can't as the claimant is a corporation, a fictional entity.
