@@shankarwain4289 Alloy wheels are also very tough. Unless you are doing some serious off-roading or have misfortune alloy wheels are not going to break.
@@babudhi but it shouldn't have long thin spokes to expose the disk brakes ! This way it would easily achieve the breaking point due to the transverse force !

Alloy wheels is made up of aluminum which gets (corrosion)very quickly but instead of decaying layer like metal these corrosion increases strength just opposite to iron so it will not be fair to call corrosion thus this phenomenon is called passivation not corrosion
You said steel wheels can withstand more loads but hydraulic compression testing says entirely opposite story.
Sometimes with better Alloys, Alloys wheel can withstand more Load.
But with the Normal Alloy Wheels, Steel wheels are still More Preferable when it's come to load carrying.
