Constant death threats and I love it. This vid has been shown on TV in Middle East countries and I can see thousands of hits on it from there too. Enjoy!
TheSpaceElefant . Agreed you can hear it through the ground as it shakes the earth right after the only clue youll have that its comin your way . . Shhhwwww boom
I watch this every day to start my day. It is energizing. Love it. Thank you to those guys calling in the air strikes and the ones delivering the bombs. This is truly a beautiful thing.
00:38 literally made my jaw drop. I knew shrapnel was deadly but god damn does that shit come flying terrifyingly fast. The surrounding hills around the strike literally were litered with shrapnel that got there faster then the half blink of an eye
Oh and great video. Brought it all back to me. I can still smell it. Its like the 4th of July except these fireworks will really fuck you up. Again awesome vid, thanks for posting it.
I'm glad to see the munitions I load on these aircraft every day not only save you guys from the enemy but also provide a couple of laughs for you guys. Well worth the work
I love watching these videos. If you have ever seen this in person the one thing that sticks in your mind is the punch in the chest that you feel when the shock wave hits you.
The very first explosion is a little bit infamous. Just before it cuts away you can see where a piece of debris almost hits the soldiers on the balcony, right near their heads. There is a full video of this out there. One of these is probably also a 2,000 lb jadam strike on an afghan prison revolt. Someone fucked up and it hit friendly forces instead, including flipping a tank.
The sound of those guys when those pilots come in and drop a fat one on the enemy..... It's so great to see their morale lifted I'm pretty sure it's tough out there
Coming from someone who has no idea and just as a guess, but are the ones with some extra "rise" in them from IED factories or explosive stores? Some booms seemed a bit overly productive for the JDAM gifted to them.
Irregardless of the fact that 70 JDAM strikes at once would cost multiple millions of dollars, 70 at once would put a hole in the earth the size of Rhode Island. Now what good would that do? I mean really.
WOW. Just plain WOW. Great compilation. Devastation from above. Are all the explosives in this video the same, or are there different types of explosives used?
To anyone understanding the dynamics of explosions: Why does it seem like many of the blasts are directed directly upwards in a clear spike/fountain-like blast and in some of them, the blast waves seem to be more widely/outward distributed? Is this purely due to the terrain or does it also have to do with when/how the bombs are detonated (impact or airburst...)?
The human body doesn't hold up well to JDAMs but I see what you are talking about and I think it is a guy who was a little ways away from the explosion and was thrown.
Global Positioning Satellites with a Global Positioning Receiver on the bomb and fins on the bomb which adjust the flight of the JDAM to land within 10 feet, often within 3 feet of a target.
i guess you have to be in their shoes in order to understand. after the horrors of house to house combat, snipers killing your friends and mortars making you shit your pants in constant fear, air support brings you an incredible amount of relief. you just want to shout and cheer that you don't have to lose more of your men because that J-Dam saved your life
Ive noticed on many of the jdams that there is a unique blast signature in the shape of a very sharp but slender column that rises very quickly. Are these a type of shaped charge, or something that has dentonated after penetrating underground? Just asking...
A strange question: when the bombs exploding there is a large burst of flame, this is due to the explosive or to fuel, oil or so like the propellant of a missile?
Finally! Hope, thank you. They have been waiting for people to volunteer to go out in front of soldiers who are being shot at and make it so that they drop fewer JDAMs. Please report to the local base and tell them you are that brave person who isn't one of the cowards that they have now. Again, thank you.
Those mountain hits were on enemy positions that most likely had RPG and other ammo in them. You can see in many of them all the guts carrying ammo in the vicinity go up in scattered puffs of smoke as the shockwave detonates everything they're carrying. What I'm getting at is the enemies munitions are also exploding in those hits. Some of them are quite large weapons/ammo bunks.

Allahu Akbar!
sssbob The correct term is JDAM Akbar.
WE NEVER SEND IT WEAK, BABY #JDAMAkbar
@@sssbob for sure bro
Get Sum
4:10 still my favorite.
TheSpaceElefant . Agreed you can hear it through the ground as it shakes the earth right after the only clue youll have that its comin your way . . Shhhwwww boom
Holy shit man
Are they okay?
@@xyzct Take a seat over here. I have some news for you.
The screams of joy by the troops tell it all, these were dangerous targets and the hits saved many lives
I watch this every day to start my day. It is energizing. Love it. Thank you to those guys calling in the air strikes and the ones delivering the bombs. This is truly a beautiful thing.
That's 70 Allah Akabar's that we don't have to hear anymore.
The GovNer I'd like to think the number is multiplied by 5 ( at least anyway)
The GovNer fuck evil of the world USA UK and bloody NATO.
More than that thanks to the power of American destruction!!! They're mostly always in groups!!!🤘🇺🇸💯
"Oooooohhh....later, dude!" Is my favorite airstrike comment of all time.
I love the demented laughter after the strike at 1:26 lol
00:38 literally made my jaw drop. I knew shrapnel was deadly but god damn does that shit come flying terrifyingly fast. The surrounding hills around the strike literally were litered with shrapnel that got there faster then the half blink of an eye
those were all beautiful explosions, I hope the loss of life was great
agree
The fucks wrong with you?
Tomato David you think these terrorists will give a fuck about you 😂

A JDAM missle costs approximately $35,000+ for the GBU-38 and $70,000+ for the GBU-31.
Bamm!! Entertaining!!!! Good work with the editing!
Very impressive destroying power...thanks for the vid Stoly...
God bless you America
cheers from France👍
AVOIDING TREES God bless you all too our allies
Thanks for the revolution!
What you hear is the aircraft leaving the scene. Thats how fast they're flying. You hear them after the impact.
excellent video. this is a compilation of the best.
Nice collection.
One of those looked like a FAB.
So, did you count every repeat and slightly different angle as a separate explosion?
The very first explosion is a little bit infamous. Just before it cuts away you can see where a piece of debris almost hits the soldiers on the balcony, right near their heads. There is a full video of this out there.

No, none of the clips were from the Qala-i-Jangi prison uprising. I know the exact incident you are talking about.
Loved watching the same thing happen to VC & NVA positions, fifty years ago. It's like history repeating itself.
best JDAM video on UA-cam thumbs up sir!
One of if not the best video I have ever seen.
The speed of the shrapnels is very impressive !
Always good to see the troops having a little fun. Keep up the good work !
6:00 - 6:07 best reaction to close air strike in all of these.
Thats- what im talking about right there
The sound of those guys when those pilots come in and drop a fat one on the enemy..... It's so great to see their morale lifted I'm pretty sure it's tough out there
US soldiers: YEEEA WHOOOOOOO HOOOOO!
British Soldier 2:37 Fucking... goodnight.
Music to sleep by.
Thanks for the correction
JDAMs have a 20 year shelf life and we've got plenty of inventory. It's better to be our friend.
I don't know what I like more, the bombs going off or the reaction by the fellas watching.........awesome.
4:31 "LATER DUDE!!!"
Best one yet!
Very well put.

my dad used to work on these. it makes me so proud
4:10 that was the best!
I LOVE those guys reaction!
Were those towels flying through the air at 7:20? Pure excellence.
WOW. Just plain WOW. Great compilation. Devastation from above.
Are all the explosives in this video the same, or are there different types of explosives used?
Amen brother, I used to build them.
AMMO.
God bless you if you are still in and serving. Thank you.
The J-Dangs at 27 secs especially the airburst is fucking awesome...Total Devastation
imma show this to my kids on Christmas.
thanks man you too!
5:36 Dude had a Wargasm.
i love how all the guys are like "booooooooooom, fuck yeah!" and theres that one guy that says, "fuck, they hit the road.."
Nothing more better then morning coffee and this !
The only thing I find disheartening about all those explosions is the beautiful mountains being blown to bits... it's very sad indeed.
Fukking great video man
AWESOME VIDEO!!!!
it's amazing how close they are sometimes

got your answer?
The human body doesn't hold up well to JDAMs but I see what you are talking about and I think it is a guy who was a little ways away from the explosion and was thrown.
Simply. Beautiful.
Ground penetration can affect the size of the blast but some of those were multiple hits.
love the way a ploom of smoke rises from the centre of the blast, almost like a single middle finger :)
I don't know where you got that from but it missed them. I've seen the extended video. It was close, that's for sure.
Apparently, the American soldier calls this weapon the “Holy Shit” and the Brits call it the “Fookin ‘ell”
This is better than porn.

About out in then because in yes there is. When someone who is shooting at you disintigrates in an explosion, it's very beautiful.
too much fun to watch only once...so I`m gonna watch this again!!!
best video on youtube!
Ive noticed on many of the jdams that there is a unique blast signature in the shape of a very sharp but slender column that rises very quickly. Are these a type of shaped charge, or something that has dentonated after penetrating underground? Just asking...
I think that depends on the ground.
If it hits a building it's very different.
Maybe these are hits in the dirt .
But that is just an idea
70 JDAMs = 39 people who were in the crosshairs.
Amen Brother!! Preach!!
The first one ends very bad for the soldiers watching. They get hit by a HUGE piece on concrete. It was cut off from the video. :(
4:15 best one....
Heartwarming.
A strange question: when the bombs exploding there is a large burst of flame, this is due to the explosive or to fuel, oil or so like the propellant of a missile?
Listening to the marines, sounds like this ordinance is actually called the “Holy $hit!!” bomb.
Out fucking standing indeed. On at 4.10 was unreal.
thank you Stoolie 33
this made an old airwing marine very happy.
If you flyboys ever wondered how the guys on the ground appreciated your runs... watching this video should make you smile. ;)
deserves more views
Some of those are 5k pound JDAMs. The shock wave alone will rip your ear drums.
The JDAM: For when you absolutely, positively need something blown up.
the first one they all narrowly escaped death from that super sonic shrapnel - fml
No, miraculously, the piece of debris missed them.
You talk so bravely, and yet you are the only country to have ever been defeated in a war by Iraq.
Can't wait.
US: "holy shit"
Brits: "fookin' hell!"
holy shit, head almost severed off from debris in first clip a millisecond before it cut
Instead of ashes to ashes dust to dust, this is more like sand to sand rock to rock.
Damn right!
Holy shit some of these explosions are amazing its stuff like this that makes me procrastinate on college assignments
I live for the guys cheering I swear. Some of their reactions are fucking hilarious.
was that shrapnel that hit near their heads in the first jdam strike???
I think the theme here is "HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!!"
The first one a piece of shrapnel nearly hits their heads!
ALOHA SNACKBAR
Finally! Hope, thank you. the bombs explosions are very spectacular, I need to purchase a few.
does the window breaks in the first clip?
sry for my bad english :D
great stuff.
Remember that sound.
Goddamn I never realized JDAM strikes were so huge, I mean that mountakn side strike..... GODDAMN

If you listen very closely you can hear a guy say "Holy shit!"
you can catch a flash of one of the bombs, 1:26 it only they for one or two frames.
