I found a collection of old cars and trucks, but the owner wants to sell it ALL OR NOTHING. I need your help. How much is it all worth? Yes, I'm serious. Let's do this!
If the price for the whole lot is fair enough for just the ones you want to keep then you buy it all and hook up with a local scrapper to haul out everything you don't want. You may even recoup some of the money and you only have to transport what you want to keep.
Not much IMO. It just looks like a bunch of junk. No doubt there may be some diamonds in the rough, but like you said the logistics are going to be a bear.
@allenkranawetter9482 Same here! Years ago, 4 doors were thought of as parts cars for 2 door models. That attitude changed a while back. Four doors are now quite popular. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@Galona223 I want you to guess! I'll reveal the total in another video. They will be giving me a total sometime in the next few days. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Most of the stuff is so S-bagged it's not worth putting a price on it. You might get a few bucks for the 55 and 57 Chevs but you'd lose on everything else. Scrap value...

he is better off, doing a auction as to get anybody to give a price for all of it, will be hard to find!!!there is some very good stuff in there, but a lot of crap as well. You almost need to talk to a salvage yard/scrapper and work out a deal with him as what you don't want and what you do and what price he will give for each car, then make your offer.
its a shame when you see this stuff time and time Again, that these vehicles get a 2nd chance at life when the owner losses his!!they never want to sell nothing when there alive!!lots of (projects) and (I'm) going to restore someday and then never happens!

I figure it would have to be between $6k and $12k. To pay the higher price though I would have to be confident about the condition and not just seeing it all through the bushes.

The real problem is that nobody wants to do the work. The dirty lazy owner wants a fast buck as the cars sit, not willing to drag them out so a buyer can assess accurately thus. hiding major damage. The lowballing buyer doesn't want to bust his butt and do it, they want to pay pennies on the dollar and want people to work for free. And the guy making this super low quality video doesn't even want to climb thru the weeds while making this video so you can tell. Just a bunch of lazy arse people wasting other people's time.
@NDoghouse I agree on some levels and disagree on others. The man with whom I was speaking does not own the cars. He is helping his mother-in-law get rid of them after the death of her husband. It was his life's work. I would imagine it's very hard to get rid of such a large part of your loved one's life. When those things are gone, so is he. Second, I will be back in the area in the late fall, when the bushes (and wasps) will be far more manageable. I was ill-prepared to venture into unknown territory at the time. Third, I'm a guy with a cell phone, making videos of my experiences. I am in no way a videographer. I'm lucky not to drop it several times during the recording. Fourth, I am so glad that you watched it anyway. I try my darnedest to show you what I see, as I see it. It's unscripted and unplanned. Thanks for watching and commenting!
