This was Candice's best performance during the competition - the transition from the bridge to the final chorus was beyond superb. She absolutely deserved to win.
Somebody on the show has to tell Candice how much she raised her own bar, and everyone's expectations, or her, with this performance. She does something here only Chaka almost always does - Chaka comes in, and with her voice she just flies around a room, like, just how big is this space? And then she proceeds to fill it. Now you gotta fill it every time, Candice. Don't make me keep remembering this performance. Make me forget it.
