Hello, could you explain well the issue of 10 bits, which are not real, they sell it as such, but as I have read and seen it is 8 +FRC, the difference is noticeable, I understand that yes, thank you.

I received today my new monitor Benq SW272U and I actually notice that the color temperature of the monitor is actually warmer than my M1 MacBook Pro. I see that the color temperature on the monitor is the to 6500 k. (I can change it to 5000 but if I do it will become even warmer, I thought it should be the opposite).
    Latest firmware installed today.
Have you noticed something similar? Is it normal?
Thanks in advance for the reply
    Edoardo

Please help... I have a new BenQ SW272U monitor and use Photoshop/Lightroom. The Puck shows Adobe, sRGB, and B/W for Calibrations 1, 2, 3 respectively. Trying to determine if I should use 60 or 80 luminance to print photos, I calibrated the monitor twice using Calibration 1 for 60 and 2 for 80 - both in Adobe RGB. Does this replace the settings on the puck? Calibration 2 still says sRGB. Most of my images are for the web, so I would want one setting for sRGB, but I do occasionally print and would LOVE to have an accurate print of what I have on my screen. From what I understand, this would mean working in Adobe RGB and exporting as such. When I work in sRGB and use Calibration 1, the monitor shows Adobe RGB, but the working profile says sRGB. Does the puck override the working settings? I'm not sure what I'm seeing - Adobe or sRGB. ??

Hi Cindy, you probably figured it out but you can customize the keys on the Hotkey puck. Default shortcuts won't be overridden by your Custom Calibrations
