They should add the new animation to the champions kunai. The Mystbloom kunai is way better, in almost every way.

The animation of the mystbloom kunai was so beautiful and unique with the music and everything and then it cuts to the champions kunai with just a silent default animation...that was funny

its not possible.
They won't...I am 100% sure they had this animation way back but didn't implement it in champions cause they knew people will buy champions since it's a limited time skin and they used it in a normal bundle so that people buy the newer bundle , almost everyone buys the bundle instead of buying the knife (cause it's free if you buy the bundle) hence more sales .

It is possible for them to change animation. They changed running animation for primordial knife. Pretty sure they can do same with inspect

not really. arcane animation was new when it came out. champions copied valorant ace jett kunai so it was literally nothing new
its more like the xenohunter (new knife type) -> champions (added vfx but still default sound effects) -> xerofang (vfx + new animations AND actual sound effects) situation, whole thing is made in a way where each new one is an "improved" version of the previous one rendering the older one "boring" relative to the newer one thus making players feel the need to buy the new one cuz its the "same but just better", very fucked up tactic imo
except in the xeno case, I think much more people prefer the older version than in other cases.
The first comparison was so funny ngl. Like the mystbloom kunai had nice sounds and stuff and then the champions kunai looked sad 🤣🤣
Champions kunai totally could have had something like Jett has, where it floats above the hand and spins.
Anyways it's still shame that all kunais have deafult knife left and right click animation

those aren't new animation, it's just SOL dual relic dagger inspect animation that got reversed

i got both, but i bought the champions purely for the model and the lack of animations didnt bother me at that time. in fact, im fine with it now.

@@Raptor_Rap the reason why people “hate default animations” is because its on a lot of melee weapons and its boring. so yes, if we had the xenohunter animation on the default knife, people will get bored eventually too
