@@yeshua7560 - Before that, the household is failing these kids... Its starts at home, where are the parents? Most aren't born with this behavior its groomed when you have no supervision, monitoring or positive guidance. Parents are allowing the streets to have more of an influence than themselves. We need more parents, like the mother who grabbed her kid up down Mondawmin during the riot. No love in the household, there will be no love in the streets. These kids and grown boys don't care because they don't care about themselves, and most has lost hope as a minor due to abuse and neglect at home. So, they are seeking attention in any form, it doesn't matter as long as they get it.
To me it looks like the guy in the car burned the dude who ended up shooting at him foreal. Burned here means robbed like gave him fake drugs or money. Cause you see a hand off then the guy trys to walk up to passenger window and then to driver but the other dude took off. Cause it doesn't make sense for the guy to give the driver something then shoot him js.

A lot of Businesses are already leaving Baltimore. The Food deserts and more are coming. When the Liquor Stores leave, do not be surprised. many are not owned by Members of the Communities, they are established in. This is all related to Democrat Politicians, Educators who push narratives, and completely broken Communities. I pray for the decent people that will be affected, in the coming Deserts. Your Community Activists will place the blame on things other than the People and Policies , that led to this dysfunctional state. Only you can change this.
