I can honestly say, Parker wasnt too upset losing.. Brandon maybe not as much, but Parkers face and smile said it all. I love watching these families, I really hope this is something they continue to do in the future.
We watched this PBA event when it originally aired live..It was the most entertaining and enjoyable event we watched that entire weekend..And the ladies where awesome...The 'Royal family edition' is a hit!
How awesome this was watching! Soooo much talent on the lanes at once. Congratulations going out to the Ballard’s! Great job! Dad looks pretty proud. 🤘🎳
This was very enjoyable to watch. I loved the fact there wasn't much variation between shots. The ladies were pinpoint accurate and were able to get a great entry angle into the pocket
I been laughed at before saying this, Brandon is the best left handed Jr Bowler I have ever seen. Raw talent is on another level. He has so much maturing to do and this kid with some discipline will be a force.
Well he’s good but not the best if you knew the lefty I knew you would definitely agree with me, he’s also beaten Brandon every time they versed but yeah Brandon is definitely up there
Love this idea from the PBA. Thoroughly enjoyed watching all the couples bowl. I'd like to see it expanded with catagories to include Seniors and Super Seniors as well as juniors under 12 etc........
Great Bowling Carolyn and Alyssa and a well deserved crown....even cooler that Alyssa bowls just like her MOM and iwill be going to a Great Bowling Program @ Vanderbilt headed by the PWBAs Josie Barnes) CDB definitely still has it and hoping she bowls the PWBA stop in Dallas in early August). Ryan Barnes is going to do well once he gets to the PBA and who knows maybe Brandon Bohn will bowl against his brother Justin (who also bowls at Wichita State and has a great UA-cam channel). Was fun watching all of them and of course Parker and Chris are doing quite well in the PBA50 tour (no surprise there) 👍🎳
WOW WHAT A FAMILY! Mama 'The Tigress.' 'She Never Misses' baby Ballard, and pater 'The Rock' on the sideline. How could any other team compete with that line up?! Mega impressive!
I get it, Rob Stone is a cheerleader.. but he needs to understand what Mo Pinel said.. even the person throwing the shot is simply a spectator once the shot is thrown. Stone gets a little to over the top yelling at those pins to fall.. Maybe it wouldn't be so obnoxious if he waited to do it in crucial situations instead of every single off pocket hit. Now, get off my lawn.
A LOT of people in this sport needs to understand a lot of things about what Mo Pinel said. He warned against urethane being problematic 3-4 years ago and now, guess what...it's problematic and causing USBC to be the fascists they are and start disallowing balls because scores are too high. And yeah, bowling is just like pitching in baseball/softball...once that ball leaves your hand, there is literally nothing you can do to change its direction.
What a great match! If the Ballards bowled the Barnes 10 times, I have to think the Barnes would win at least 8 of them. But on this day, the ladies put the hammer down and really made all the clutch shots. Congratz to them for sure.
Yes, 8 out of 10 would be accurate. Same with the Bohns considering the massive difference in speed and revs. Of course, speed and revs is not important (says every sub 300 RPM bowler)...
More power is always better. But Ballards won b/c they played the patter better and let the ball roll into pocket. Instead of throwing past the break point for 10 pins.
I was looking at various result possibilities after that eighth frame. That was a HUGE strike from Alyssa Ballard to keep the girls pacing in the 220's and beyond that point, the max score for the guys was 218. Even then, the guys refused to go down without a fight and all they could do was watch Carolyn get red hot to beat them, anyway. One of the craziest possibilities is that had the guys done everything we see in this video and the girls had finished with nine-miss after Alyssa's strike, the guys would beat the girls, 217 to 216. The guys did everything they needed to make Carolyn mark and she got hot when it mattered. The girls win, 248 to 217 over the guys.
Everybody, here, will talk about how Carolyn was on fire, but let's not forget about Alyssa. She refused to give up after a bad frame and she started throwing strikes to keep her team in the game and even then, anything could have happened, no matter how routine Alyssa's single pin spares are to her. Anybody can miss on rare occasion and had Alyssa missed that single pin spare, the girls would lose, no matter what Carolyn could do in the tenth because she would not have that fill shot to add to ninth frame. Spares are the foundation on how to be consistent at bowling. You can throw a perfect game with strikes, but you are still not yet consistent until you get spares.
As this show aired on TV, I wondered if the Bowlmor corporation compensated people to appear in Jupiter, Florida. Many traveled long distances to get to this venue. Did these teams win any prize money for their efforts? What was Colie Edison's or Tom Shannon's reason for televising this kind of event? To promote bowling as a family activity?
Good bowling by the queens good thing it was only one game tho we all know they lucked up against the guys who left a few 10 pins which should have went down but nice wins
The Bohns played very well, just bad luck with that 6-8. Bohn Jr is incredible. One of the most impressive lefties I have ever seen. Has the same raw power as Ciminelli.
Which bowler was the most clutch in this tournament?
PDW!!
CDB for sure
Never know Brandon and Justin were brothers! Justin can bowl too
CDB!
CDB!
How can you not love CDB’s competitiveness. She was fired up from shot 1 like it was a major.
Alyssa was very impressive in Game 2. Good for them! I love the competitiveness of everyone involved. Awesome!
I can honestly say, Parker wasnt too upset losing.. Brandon maybe not as much, but Parkers face and smile said it all. I love watching these families, I really hope this is something they continue to do in the future.
So happy for the Ballard family! They have been through a lot with dad's illness. Contrats to them, mom and daughter so lovely!
CDB could not have possibly performed better. One of the best performances on TV I've seen in a long time.
I enjoyed this more than any tournament I have seen lately. I love seeing how the children bowl and expressions just like their parents!!!
That’s amazing! Literally tearing up for the girls! They bowled so well and deserve the title!
she literally is my favorite female bowler. she's so good that CDB
Me too...🥲🥲🥲
Can’t lie I did too. It was an epic match and they freaking played their hearts out! Great win 💯
I watched this again 7 months later and reached for my Claritin
me too lol I knew that mom was going to win for her daughter, whos chopping onions in here
We watched this PBA event when it originally aired live..It was the most entertaining and enjoyable event we watched that entire weekend..And the ladies where awesome...The 'Royal family edition' is a hit!
Goes to show it isn't all about power, speed, and revs. Shot placement is the most important thing no matter how you bowl.
Did you notice the numbers recorded by the Spectro program? There was not much variance shot to shot by the ladies. Very impressive
@@irishpogi I was more so comparing them to Brendan bohn and Chris Barnes. Those young guns were slinging that thing
@@tjdillashaw2703 yeah 500 revs and 21mph like nbd
@@fireteam_ facts 😂
CDB IS STILL awesome! And the daughter is great too! Miss seeing CBD bowl!
I loved Chris screaming PRATHER PRATHER PRATHERRRR at the end
How awesome this was watching! Soooo much talent on the lanes at once. Congratulations going out to the Ballard’s! Great job! Dad looks pretty proud. 🤘🎳
One of the best things I've seen on TV in a long time.

Loved the final match. 2 teams that don’t like to lose. Congrats to the Ballards!! CDB=G.O.A.T.
I been laughed at before saying this, Brandon is the best left handed Jr Bowler I have ever seen. Raw talent is on another level. He has so much maturing to do and this kid with some discipline will be a force.
Agreed. Incredible talent, raw power and beautiful style.
Well he’s good but not the best if you knew the lefty I knew you would definitely agree with me, he’s also beaten Brandon every time they versed but yeah Brandon is definitely up there

Two of the best matches I’ve seen in a long time! Big win for the Queens!
Gotta Love It!!! CDB has a ton of fire 🔥
Love this format. More please.
Great fun to watch. You give away the results of the Bohn vs. Ballard match in the title of the video.
Man I love CDB!!! She is awesome....

That was the best bowling video I have ever seen! Well done ladies. So proud of my sisters.
This was great to watch .. congratulations ladies !! .. well done !!!
CAROLYN CAN'T BE STOPPED
Good luck to Brandon. Went to Kirkwood Community College in CR. Gonna love the place.
That was an AWESOME match!!!
wow Ryan, Alyssa, and Brandon are all future forces to be reckoned with. Brandon's release is so developed already, he's gonna be huge on the tour
Very exciting 👍🏼
Great job ladies!!!
Always been a fan of CDB since the 90s. Her competitiveness has always been fierce. Not to mention she's a fellow Jersey Native!!
absolute badass performance loved it queens!
Love to see them fired up! All hail the queens!
Great Bowling Ladies.
CONGRATULATIONS 👏👏
Thoroughly enjoyed that.
The ladies put on a clinic

Oh how I love this. The Barnes get knocked out by the Ballards. ❤️❤️❤️
Awesome to watch
shout out to Alyssa amazing job
Excellent bowling here.
GIRL POWER!!!
Congrats to the Ballard family! Sometimes too much power into the pocket leaves those ringing 10s.
Yeah but they made the 10 pins fall
Or the 6-8 split for Brandon
Del❤
Caroline is an absolute legend. What a competitor.
The Bohns Bowl at the same Alley I grew up Bowling at
57 and Carolyn is still smokin' hawt!
lol @ Alyssa telling mom to "stop" @ 2:13
Never know Brandon and Justin were brothers! Justin can bowl too

Was anyone else shocked to see Del Ballard? Did you recognize him?
Really good job editing down the show to the bowling!

I am senior in leauge bowling The ladies are always beating me up I am going2 catch them soon!!!😅
Bowling 🎳 Is Definitely A Family Thang. Y’all 😎🤘🏼
Got to get some some lessons from CDB and she helped my game so much.

I honestly wanted to see the Bohn vs Barnes matchup, but once the Ballards won the first match, it was easy to root for the ladies to win
CDB CLUTCH AF - ALYSSA BOWL FEARLESS BALLARD, THEY DID WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE! I LOVE IT!
I’m impressed. Great job women. That’s a tall order to beat them dudes with that ball speed. Great job
Parents are always going to be parents even on 📺 this great 4 bowling😁
Sometimes Straighter is Greater.
Light comp for the queens
Chris Barnes has the worst luck against women on TV,
Alyssa is absolutely gorgeous!
for Queen Elizabeth👑👸
These 2-handers are unwatchable.
Ladies is on 🔥
excellent forum
I have the same reaction to picking up the 10 pin
Parkers' son, throws a ton.
Good bowling by the queens good thing it was only one game tho we all know they lucked up against the guys who left a few 10 pins which should have went down but nice wins
Outstanding, real bowling (1 handed) wins again 💪💪💪💪💪💪
Next time my daughter asks me the meaning of salty, I will point her to your comment.
@@BasementTracks please do
Good morning gran love you and Elly may have you too LA academy corey dragon ❤❤
I would’ve lost my mind if Barnes somehow got the strike for his fill shot of the 10th frame
Wouldn’t be surprised if Belmonte influenced Ryan to be two handed lol
Hi Elly may have you too gran love you and cousin ❤❤
Why spoil the first half of the video in the title?
That's awesome.. I sold Barnes that rubber ball for Ryan... :)
Her dad threw the ballard ball against weber
