I love this so much. I make tons of seasoning blends and I have always dried them all individually first. What a time saver. ❤ I love making Thai blends with lemongrass, peppers, kafir lime leaves, etc….
I made a batch! I never thought of using Blender. I put some garlic in. I can hardly wait to use it.
So good to see this! Thank you for sharing! Great information. God Bless!

Just wondering if Mom and Pop cabin is done. Would love to see another video of it.
We’re still working on porches but the interior is basically done. I will give you an update soon.
I’ve grown herbs for years but I rarely use them because I didn’t know what to do with them. I loved this video. Thank you so much Tracy.
I love that you are doing the blending of the herbs while they are fresh and then drying them after. That is awesome.!!
I love drying herbs. I use Winter Savory, Oregano, Loveage. I think I will put some Lemon Thyme in. I never thought of that. I Sprinkle a little salt on mine when it is drying. I never thought of the hot pepper seeds. So I am going to try yours the next time which is soon. Love you
I love that you can make most all of your seasonings yourself. Do you dehydrate them or use a freeze dryer? And does it make a difference in which you use. I only have a dehydrator, which is why I ask. 💖🤔💖😉
I hang herbs to dry or dehydrate.
Unfortunately I don’t have a freeze dryer yet!
GM. I was interested in what variety if short term onions did you have harvest this year and what did you use for their fertilizer? Thank you.
I grew Plethora, Savannah and Red Creole. They are all short day onions
I start them out by fertilizing with the HOSS complete organic fertilizer
Go check out HoSS they have a great onion growing guide

I bought some bay leaf plants last year I never did harvest mine so when do you harvest the leaves and do you just dry them or?
I harvest mine as I need them
But during the summer I’ll harvest extra and I dry them in the dehydrator
What is that book that you are showing pics from?thx
That’s not a book those are recipe cards/ pictures I created to add to my website
Can you freeze dry herbs? I’m thinking hard about getting a freeze dryer.
Here in New Mexico, all of my mint died. So hot, so dry, so sad.
It is hot here in Alabama, I can’t imagine how hot it is in New Mexico
What great presents those would make. Don’t have all the necessary herbs. Don’t have lemon verbena at all. That’s one you failed to tell me about. So it’s all your fault. LMBO. just kidding. I’m finding all kinds of things I wish I had planted. This my first year. Next year less vegetables n more herbs. Lol
It is a shame that more people are not seeing your videos. The quality of this was outstanding! You are such an excellent teacher.
Wow, thank you!
