Thank you for this video but do you also know how to fix ur take off because in my take off my knee’s go further than my feet and I don’t know how to fix it and it has maybe struggle a lot
great question! I have many tips for that. as far as the take off goes...I think about 'falling' backwards before jumping. When you do your set, make sure to bend at the knees and bring your hips down (some people hardly bend and bring their chest down which forces them to jump up instead of back...probably from letting their knees go over their toes in the set) I hope this helps!
