To sing this song when you have been abused, hurt, unloved, and abandoned... so many of these people don't know these hardships and so many do. Yet both push to the same goal.
I remember being part of this choir from about 1991-95 then all the way to 1997. The following year 1998 which was our last year I admit bc of personal reasons I sat that one out. I guess my heart wasn't into the singing that year. Sadly I think 1998 was the worst year of my life and it showed. But it molded me into manhood.
awesome sounding young choir! one of the greatest songs ever written. What a message in song!! I would have loved to have been in that audience for sure. God is good. Thank you young folks for a powerful message in song.

One of my favorite hymns you don’t hear often enough. So dear, it makes me so happy to hear it sung by a talented choir of young people.
The church I grew up in used to sing the chorus to this song many Sunday nights as we were dismissed...brought back many memories!!!
