@@rebeccacustis430 those are the small metal/acrylic alphabet beads. You place them so the hole is facing the way you want your garland to hang.
WOW!! That Candelabra is Beautiful, I can’t believe how elegant it turned out. I hope to try to make one soon. I can’t order from Dollar Tree, you have to order to much of one item at a time. I have been praying to God like I all ways do. But now I need God to help the doctors find out what’s going on with my heart. Thank You for posting this Beautiful item to make.
