Sara, I enjoy watching videos of Italian properties! Someday I hope to have a holiday home. I have noticed that many of the taped properties have sold on all of the channels. I'm just saying this as a suggestion from someone that watches these videos regularly and I am not trying to be mean. It's just a suggestion, but when you can, you might want to think about using a wide angle lens or a regular camera. The phone videos make the properties seem tight and narrow. It's also more difficult to imagine the layout. It makes the properties seem very very small when they might not actually be that small. Americans also really like to see the cantinas so they can think about storage or possibly adding some extra living space. Keep the videos coming. I hope I did not offend you! It was not my intention!

The wide angle makes properties appear much larger than they actually are. Illusions about spaces are continually created. This house doesn't have a cellar so I don't understand what I could have done differently. Sold properties are not currently visible in the channel.

Is the bathroom on the 1st floor a full bath or half bath? Didn't notice a shower or tub. Really nice otherwise.

It's usually a half. It seems like a bathtub is a luxury unless the house has 3 or more bedrooms. It's a bummer. I wouldn't buy a house anywhere if it didn't have a bathtub. How do people live like that?? 🤔😁

The house is very nice the bedrooms are beautiful but You say renovated if they did it must have been years ago and they forgot to do the kitchen!! it's terrible I don't understand how you have such a wonderful house and a kitchen like that but otherwise it's beautiful
