Emma, do you know on Facebook there seems to be another version of your show, it seems to be run by an Ahlam Benmbarek and features your recipes and your identification stamp. You don't come on and talk though. I was told this morning I had been accepted to join, which I thought was strange because I thought I was already a member. Anyway I thought I'd mention it.

Please watch the movie Dark Waters (2019 I think) it's about the discovery of Dupont Teflon chemicals poisoning the environment and people. I believe ceramic finish is the non stick that is recommended now. I threw out all my nonstick kitchenware after watching that movie. I am going back to pure metals, ceramic and glass and am adjusting just fine.

Food Netwok sells textured nonstick double coated ceramic bakeware that is pfoa and ptfe free. In addition, the core isn't aluminum, it is carbon steel. I got rid of teflon and aluminum products a long tine ago. I only know about Food Network brand pans because a bought a bunch on cyber monday.

Sorry Gemma - I literally LOLed when you said that cast iron is non-stick! When I was in high school, I fried fish eggs in home-ec class. Being used to the non-stick pans at home, I didn't think anything of it, but stayed after class literally stabbing the pan in the sink with a butter knife, trying to get the eggs that were stuck on off. Eventually, the instructor told me to just go to my next class - learned later that she took the frying pan over to the woodshop & they used a power sander to get it off! =)
This was a great summary of your live stream a couple weeks ago.
