What makes the german dub the best(for Gojo at least), is that they added some extra flair like an inhale in HP or an echo for both IV and HP, which makes it hit different.
From the german dubs I've seen, I can say that there are quite a lot of references to other shows, games and other anime as well.
Then there is quite the amount of swearing in there(apparently the german JJK dub kinda loves the word "fuck") and of course metaphors and idioms.
Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk on why the german dub is almost as good and sonetimes better than japanese and subbed according to my personal opinion and experiences.

@@nuri2118 while not literally every German dub is great, most currently are. I think some are still emotionally damaged from our anime dubs during the Naruto era 😂And some are just delusional or just don't WANT it to be good in their mind, for whatever reason...
Hell, I've seen some write that the "intention" is lost when a classmate gets called "John" instead of "Doe-kun" (analogously of course)... like who the hell would call their classmate "family name-kun" in German, or English either for that matter? The key to a good dub is a good localization and regional influences in pop culture, not literally translating word by word. Language doesn't work that way, simple as that.
I personally am very happy with most current German anime dubs - movie dub was never a question anyway, those are literally always god-tier.

however idk why they did that, but gojo is actually saying:

My personal ranking:
1. German: voice on point, joyful breath, effects on point
2. Japanese: voice on point, no effects kinda "bland" it down
3. French: voice a little high, but elegant, reverb too sudden but well implemented
4. English: little too "acted", and a little too "smokey" in the voice - the weaker German version
5. Portuguese: believable acting, voice too "muscular" somehow for me
6. Spanish: a little too emotionless, mic seemed to be a smartphone 😁
Generally, Jujutsu Kaisen seems to have well done dubs in every language though 😌
dont get me wrong german was amazing but it seems that the ones that are the best to you are highly echo-affied and a bit overdone in the voice fx department

5. Spanish (only because I think the voice for the Spanish dub fits more than Portuguese)

Japanese and English are so good, they did a really good job with the voice actors. Aside from those two French was super nice! French sounded very mysterious and breathy I liked it

I like how the French dub labeled his techniques (clockwise blue, counter clockwise red and imaginary equation purple). Makes him sound like the nerd that he must be just to be able to understand how his own techniques work.
Oh right, 虚式 (kyoshiki) can be read as "imaginary function".
The "shiki" probably just means "technique" in this context, but it could be a double meaning since Gojo's techniques do relate to the mathematical concept of infinity

I just know they could've handled this scene so much better, it's a shame because French dubs are actually some of the more decent ones globally. Best ones usually being English, Brazilian Portuguese and Arabic if I remember correctly
In the manga, they are referred to by these terms. Not exactly but referring to them as rotations and hollow purple as imaginary is there.

Es gibt wirklich nicht viele Synchros die die deutschen hinbekommen, aber ich war mehr als überrascht bei JJK und erst recht bei dieser Szene.
Favorit bleibt ganz klar japanisch weil denen einfach keiner das Wasser reichen kann, gefolgt hier natürlich von deutsch.. bei dem restlichen hat mir die Intensität in der Stimme gefehlt, hörte sich abgelesen an.
