  • In this video I show you how to completely disassemble and reassemble the shark rocket corded gen 2 vacuum. I highly suggest a good thorough cleaning around once a year and this is the video on how to clean you vacuum and reassemble it without any problems. However I do not suggest you do this cleaning while the vacuum is in warranty. This shark rocket cordless vacuum cleaning video will work also other shark rocket corded models. However the disassembly will be the same for the shark rocket style vacuum that are the gen 2 models. And stay stuned for more vacuum videos to come. I highly suggest these shark vacuums over other brands because of there durability and choice to use a tougher higher quality plastic over many other companies. Don't forget to subscribe and thumbs up the video if it has helped you. Also any purchases from the links below really help me continue making these vacuum videos. Sharks are very reliable and efficient when kept clean. I just cleaned one that my manager was throwing away and it works great.

just wanted to give you a quick painters tip ... instead of using a tooth brush get yourself a couple of different size cheap soft stain brushes from home depot which they are just like 1 dollar to 4 dollars and using a drop of dawn with water you can get into a lot of crevices faster and way softer i use them to clean everything thats washable with hard to reach corners and waala it does the job and never scratches or old painters brushes you may have lying around works like a charm..

Any clue how to get the roller out of the housing? The two white pieces on the ends are wedged on so you can't get them off

Is it possible to replace the belt? I couldn't figure how so I ordered another exactly like the one you have in this video. My other vacuum burned out and rollers stopped completely, I flipped it and made sure there wasn't a blockage and wasn't. I'm assuming it was a broken belt but couldn't figure out how to😢 and what causes a belt to break?

What does the glass cleaner do to the vacuum? Why do you use that to clean?

My model has screws hat turn 1/2 way and releases the brush cover....no loose screws. You need to put a stoper in the sink so your loose parts (screws) 15:29 don't go down the drain....duh! otherwise the video was revealing and useful.

If you could just spend a couple extra seconds to tell us the type of screwdriver, I got all types, and none of them fit
