The sad part about it is about 90% of people i hear saying numbers over 100 says something like " three hundred and ten". And that's not how you read numbers unless it's a currency amount in which the "and" comes after the decimal....Making it change. So I guess most people struggle with that 🤣🤣🤣

This is at least true for English and I'm pretty sure most Germanic languages (Dutch, German). In French on the other hand you don't need it, 310 would be trois cent dix. No need for "et" meaning "and".
