Looking into the mirror is time consuming!!!

Hello and welcome back to my channel!
This weeks video is really positive for a change and I hope you guys enjoy that. I also wanted to say, that I am aware, that in this video, I sometimes say things that are kind of triggering. I think it's obvious that that is not my intention and that I try as hard as I can, to choose my words wisely.
But sometimes I get overwhelmed by my thoughts and it's really hard for me to express myself. I hope you understand that!
