Hi! Congrats and thanks for your channel!
What series of Lasfit are this headlights? Thanks! 👍💪 🔥
How are they holding up?
Hey bandit! Just want to follow up on these Lasfit H11 led after a year. How are these bulb right now? Still running strong like new? Any dimming? Flickering? Thanks taco brother!
I actually sold my truck a few months ago but the lights ran great the entire time I had them! Take care
@@TrailPass wow, why you sold the truck, if you dont mind me asking.
And did you sell it on carvana?😅
Quarter panel?
Go Hokies!
Do they have any protection built in so if the fans fail or get clogged with dirt they won’t melt the whole headlight housing unit?
Just don't do like me and forget your brights. lol. It was probably a month before I used my brights and a few explicit expressions were muttered.
Haha I just have the low beams for now. Wanted to test them out first and we'll go from here!
Will there heat up enough in the winter to melt ice off the housing u think? I’ve always heard that’s the bad part about led
I have the same ones, live in Indiana and haven't had any ice on the housing.
How are they at night? I ran the auxbeam’s and they were really bright but the light did not go out very far so I went back to halogens.
That's the next test. I'm planning to wait until I have all of the new lights on the truck, then I'll be sure to post a video. Thanks for watching!
That's absolutely true... Here's an engineer's take:

No! Don’t put LEDs in your projectors! Yes, they are brighter, but they won’t project properly. You can see short distances, but you won’t be able to see as far.
Exactly. What Patrick said... Here's an incredibly long thread from an engineer explaining this phenomenon. Don't put LED bulbs in projectors:

"old school" 3000K - 3400K (as you call yellow) halogen headlights are far superior to bright white 5000-6000K LEDs in rain, snow, fog, which reflect that bright white light right into your eyes far more than the halogens.
LEDs are trash for headlight applications. Been there done that (4 different bulbs) and they all were horrible. Gotta watch Eric's in-depth demonstration ua-cam.com/video/8wvpBZCot0s/v-deo.html
How're they holding up?
Great up to when I sold the truck
