I do not understand why Disney doesn't have more walk around characters like these!!! It would make my trip so much more memorable (since I like the niche films such as Atlantis, Treasure Planet and the Hunchback of Notre Dame) although I feel like the Parisian Disney should always have the Parisian film characters.

It's a non-standard parade. To create a dedicated track that encompassed all the characters would be huge, and some of the films didn't really have "current" music. It would also have to be timecoded to the full route which is only really viable for a regular show. A 3 minute dancy loop with lots of cartoony voices is much easier and can be used with many different styles of parade.
Really Disney? You had the Disney Afternoon characters in a group and instead of Gadget to be with Chip n Dale, you picked CLARECE?!!!! Not cool Disney >_> Other than that though, THIS WAS AWESOME!
