Congratulations on the beautiful work. This video is a summary of the relationship that exists between Jack and Ty, which has grown over these 13 years, as well as the respect and admiration that Ty has earned from Heartland fans ... he doesn't just have a love story with Amy , he has a story with various characters (Mrs. Bell, Malory, Caleb, Georgie, Jeff, Scott, Bob, Badger, etc). He cares about people, he understands the limitations of each person, he serves as an example for those who are lost and need a "guide". How to accept that the show will continue the same with an eventual departure from him? Ty is not a supporting character who does not interfere with the story ... he is a fundamental part of Heartland's existence and success.
Ty is good person you can’t help but fall in love with him. He has a forgiving heart even with the people who hurt him the most. I just love this character he is the one that has grown the most in this series and all because Marion had a feeling about him when she brought him to Heartland.
All because jacks daughter Marion had a feeling about ty, this was a special father & son relationship that grew stronger as the seasons went on and I loved watching it happen but not only ty & jack but ty had created bonds with everyone around him❣️
Just watching Jake and Ty talk to gether it very much like father and son they both had respect for one another. In season 14 changing gear Jake talking To Amy about Ty father her never had and Jake said how much Ty ment to him ,Jake was holding back his tears , Is one of the most touching stories of Heartland. Jake loved Amy and Ty. ❤️
Love this video , the relationship they had since the beginning set a great example to all. There are kids out there we can help do better with their life , only need someone to trust them. Like Jack trusted Ty.

When Jack visits Ty in his trailer after Amy breaks up with him over bringing Blair home on his motorbike and for not telling her about rejecting the kiss from Blair, I always wished the producers would have had Ty say this to Jack. "How did I get in this position? What did I really do wrong? " Jack and Ty could have then had a good discussion. I expect Jack would have said something like " put yourself in Amys position. What would you think and how would your respond to the same situation? Ty would follow up by saying "Ok, so I wasnt thinking. But I forgave Amy for intentionally kissing Chase why cant she forgive me to for rejecting a kiss from Blair? Jack would likely agree with him but say, "Do you want to be right or do you want to be back together with Amy? You need to apologize." Ty would go on to tell Jack that "he had already told Amy that he accepted blame for causing this trouble by bringing Blalr home on his motorbike; that he had repeatedly said he was sorry for not telling her about the rejected kiss, and that he had basically begged her to forgive him multiple times". He would say " the only thing I havent done is admit that I intentionally lied to her about the Blair kiss. I cant do that and that is what Amy demands". This dialogue would at least be a better reflection of what actually happened to Ty during this breakup. Note: the diologue in the paragraph above would have also been good in the scene where Ty is working on a horses hoof with a rasp in the barn. After seeing the text from Blair asking Ty to "call her", Amy comes in and says somethig about "always feeling that there is so much that they havent said to each other" about the breakup. Ty would respond by telling her that he has said all there is to say but that she doenst want to accept it. The only thing she wants is for him to admit that he lead Balir on and that he lied to her which he cannot do . (basically her forcing Ty to give in and eat a big pyle of puppy mud right in front of her). Wouldnt it have been great if Jack would have stuck up for his "son" by going back to Amy and kindly reminding her that when you "receive" forgiveness you also need to be willing to "give" forgiveness. That was a missed opportunity by the producers again to try and balance the Amy and Ty characters.
