As I see a lot of questions let me answer some of them...
They are from Kpop group Cravity and this video is from their offline fanmeeting. Jungmo and Wonjin are the ones who are cutting in the line. Hyeongjun is the one saying that Serim is his hyung/older brother. Serim is the one who is right behind him (The one with blonde hair). Serim is the leader and known to be very strong so Hyeongjun is giving out a warning to those who cut the line. It was just them having fun and playing along with it. Serim is a big softie and members are not scared of him at all. Hope this helped:)
+ The tall member at the front with platinum blonde hair is Minhee. Both him and Hyeongjun are former X1 members. They participated in produce X 101 along with Jungmo and Wonjin.
