Just like True Lies, Under siege is fun action movie to watch & I enjoy a lot. It's predictable, has humor, full of energy, good performance & great villains - Tommy Lee Jones & Gary Busey. Segal is a funny hero, plays former Navy-turned chief & Erika as the playboy turn-sidekick take out mercenaries on the Navy ship. I strongly recommend because it's a lot of fun. 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐ A river runs through it & Candyman are good as well 👍⭐⭐⭐
I bought A River Runs Through It on DVD with a batch of other movies at a thrift store and haven't watched it. For some reason I thought I had, but that's probably because I got it confused with Legends of the Fall. I'm going to have to find it, take it out of the book and pop it into the Blu-Ray player after I make some popcorn. Maybe tonight.
but here is my review, having just watched it for the first time , I have heard of this film, but thought it was a knock off of krugger and those type of 90s horror icons, or the 70s-80s, i like the stylistic choices, the setting was great, really 90s, in terms of look and what people are wearing, but i liked the candy man as a horror icon, i mean he has a hook which is fun, and i wish we got rated r in this, because they were teasing us with one adolf nipple, give us more go full out if you giving us a piece, but anyways, I had a good time with it, i liked it, the only con i have is i dont get why the candy man is going after her, that doesnt make sense, it would make sense if he was killing everyone, but is making her life miserable, and that really gives me a step down in terms of knowing why he does what he does, the backstory is fine, and i liked the fact, that candy man causes her to go crazy, but we have seen it in horror before, so i dont know, i love the gore blood i think horror fans will appreciate that, i just wonder how jordan peele produced one will be like, but i will watch the sequels and finish this franchise once and for all. I mean i guess the candy man is killing people, around her, but that also doesnt make sense. But as a horror movie its great, i would give it 4/5 for a horror movie, strictly for the horror genre, horror genre is always a hit or miss for me, and with the visuals and everything else i thought it was great.
@@mjgyrosdude484 LMAO. First of all, no he wasn't. No biography of him ever mentions military service. Second, anyone who whines about the amount of "blood" in a scary movie is a complete wimp. These two clutched more pearls than a Baptist minister whenever they reviewed any good movie meant for adults. The fact that they became rich and famous should forever put to rest the "just world" premise.
Just saw "A River Runs Through It" and wow, what a masturbatory film. The snobby overly flowery narration, the shoot the chutes scene was redundant and far too early in the film (we know nothing will happen to them), the go-nowhere Indian then Brother-in-law subplots, the gambling den scene (we know Brad Pitt isn't going to die because he hasn't caught the big fish seen in promotional material) and the best line, "I'm never leaving Montana, Brother" is BS because Paul was actually killed in Chicago- which we never see. What a cop out.
Can't forget Gary Busey in Under Seige. He's hilarious in it!
He was also in Predator 2, Drop Zone, The Firm, Lethal Weapon & Point Break

Went into Candyman at 11 thinking i was fixing to watch a Jason/Freddy type flick. However i was left feeling terrfied and LOVED every second of it.
Under Siege, Candyman, and A River Runs Through It are all good movies.

Candyman is one of the darkest movies I’ve ever seen
Why in the hell would they remake Night and The City ? *groan*
