- For today’s #FabOrFail, I’m going to be testing out a ton of different #GrayRoot cover up products! I’m testing sprays, powders, and even tinted dry shampoos! What are your favorite products to hide those sneaky gray hairs?? 🤔

Something a lot of people actually don’t know about me is that I have a TON of gray hair! I stay pretty on top of it, and I get my roots professionally touched up every few weeks. In between those salon touch ups, my gray hair still loves to peak out and shine bright, right around my face, along my temples! 🤦🏻♀️ Who can relate?? 😂
I’ve always been on the hunt to find the perfect gray root cover-up, so today I’m testing different sprays, powders, and even tinted dry shampoos!

Overall, I have to say that my preference is definitely the sprays over the powders or dry shampoos. I’m still a tad frustrated with the sprays, because I can’t seem to find one that doesn’t transfer a little bit of color on to my hands! They’re worth it in the long run though, and they save me a ton of time (and money) in between salon visits! Definitely a FAB from me! 👍🏼
My favorite product is the Salon in a Bottle (which you can get on Amazon), however, the best bang for your buck is the L’Oreal spray, in my opinion! Salon in a Bottle is a whopping $22 per bottle, while the L’Oreal is anywhere from $8-$10, depending on where you do your shopping. It’s also sold at most of the major retailers, so it’s much easier to just pick up while you’re doing other grocery shopping!

I just got the Hairitage Dry Shampoo for the first time, and I love it. It doesn’t make my hair dry or straw like, and it doesn’t turn my hair gray or wet. Great job Mindy.

Even when Mindy said her hair was 'looking terrible' it still looks good 😂. I envy her that her's doesn't fall out while combing the stuff through. I've ended up with psorasis coz I experimented with my hair a bit too much in my younger days.

it comes out by the end of the day and you have to reapply it everyday
So, my mom uses it, (she uses the turquoise one, i think it's from loreal) and she uses it quite sparingly, only on the front part line and the swirl at the back of her head a little bit, but yes, it does come off during the day, so she applies it new every morning but for her it doesn't stain the pillows.
I think if you'd use more than she does and you're worried it might stain, you could try to brush it out at night? Also, it stains the little balls at the end of the brush... teeth? So if you have a very favorite brush with light colored brush tips, maybe don't use that.

For 2 months when I was 13 my hair was completely grey due to my stress levels. Thankfully that is history and I haven't had any grey hair since. I've always kept my natural hair color.

This is good to keep in mind! I started getting greys at 18 and at almost 24 have a greys throughout all of my hair.

I love the batiste brown dry shampoo but because I go 4/5 days without washing I get quite a bit of build up and because of the brown tint the first wash comes off brown so I wash twice Btw love your channel xxxx

You could try henna temporary hair dye by the brand Surya Brasil to keep grays away for about 2-3 weeks then redo
