Ha! I was just looking into this game a couple of days ago and was specifically looking to see if you guys did a review. And bam ... here it is! Timing is everything. This looks unique and fun - thanks for doing this.
The burnt orange is very similar to the color of the carpet in my childhood home...from 1970. All jokes aside you do a great service for the gaming community.
Oh this is a , Magical Game , Alex n Grant , this is why I never got into squad leader,,, Now each leader gets his own weather roll each turn ,so that's 3 rolls per turn ,once for each leader, . 2 , If Ur Corps does not move during the movement phase u get to roll using the corps initive to try and regain cohesion points , nice expect Cavalry ( too fragile). Yup ,,,now the French army can only regain cohesion if in good weather, they were volunteers I think,. ,and they were a foraging army, and the Prussian army can only regain cohesion if not moved , in supply to leave , And it's Raining , the Cooks were too good too miss, would u AWOL ? , same 4 Wellington, apart for oranges corps 1st I think ! So 4 oranges Corps if u attempted to roll regain cohesion and he is not 2 movent from Wellington or Uxbridge Or on a Supply point ( Brussels Ghent Antwerp ), and he failed initive roll he loses an xtra initive Point. Ha ,, So Cavalry is too fragile to regain cohesion completely at all ,, oh and scrap the river rules, instead, each corps that crosses a river too reach combat, has one less card , including reinforcements , I will playtest as too if that card is forfeit to defender, simple a beautiful game m8 ta snap
Yyupp I have invented the house rule , Every Commander rolls the dice every turn before he rolls for movement,,,,,, 0n the weather Table ,,, use dual in the dark clouds and stands, so u can bring ur own weather to the battle,,,,,!!!! Feel the thunder m8 ,over in 10 minutes,,,, a lot better than sorting out the counters on avlon hills anzio , 2 hrs just 2 set up , then the cat steps on the reinforcement table, ha ha fun games, Another go !!!!!
Beautiful components but flawed combat card system and VPs. British and Prussians sit behind Brussels and wait, no need for cat and mouse. Don’t split forces and will have bigger card deck than the French, guarantees success.

You guys do such a tremendous job on your reviews!
Guys, great Job on explaining how the battles work here. There was one or two question marks that you were able to Clear up.
Jon here, I am very much looking forward to getting this to my table! Thanks Grant and Alexander!
The box seem rather large for the few components, while my shelf space is already scarce.
Hey Grant, I just saw in another video where you were saying you were hoping to get Raiders of the Deep. Did you ever get a chance to play it?
Not yet
This has been on my list since I first saw it. Looks great.
Great review guys, and an instant buy for me! THANX!! (Hmmm? That's an interesting looking avatar;)
Great review. I never knew Napoleon went to Worthington Publishing though. I guess he had to return to go fight at Waterloo. 😏
The card combat system is the same as the origanal CDG from Avalon Hill: We the People and used again in the Original AH Hannibal.
Thanks guys!
"Don't just attack every chance you get willy-nilly - that's stupid!" - Grant
Thank you!
Just ordered it. I wish I could tell Worthington “Grant and Alexander sent me”
Nice review!
What did he do at Worthington?
Great review. This is a game I think my wife will enjoy based on this review.
Oh!
And Alexander, I actually like that shirt you have on!
Good job!

buttoned all the way up! Classy
I do believe I have that exact shirt, Alexander. Solidarity with the orange plaid!
Nice work gentlemen. This one left me cold in terms of theme. Small game in huge package, in my opinion. Obviously, mileage may vary...
I bought the game after watching this. I love the game and recommend it to everyone.
Glad you liked it!
thank you
Hello

Have you tried the game Napoleon Saga ?
Have not tried, would you recommend?

Now that's completely ruined it !¡! U have to get proper coloured cohesion cubes
And a modified dice for being on a Supply point
