This is simply amazing. Let's count our blessings for having you do these free videos. ONE video is worth more than the HSK 1-4 routine which won't teach us 75% of the vocabulary one learns here. Why is it that the useless textbook religion is everywhere being kept alive????? By listening to ONE such clip i learned more than swotting ridiculous HSK 1-4 textbooks for hours. So sorry that I can't afford your 101 private classes.
Haha I’m with you, I want to burn most of the textbooks too. Unfortunately I guess CI isn’t particularly popular because it’s very unconventional. Don’t be sorry about the private classes, your comments are supportive and motivating enough. The fact is when you truly understand CI, you already know what to do without having a tutor. ❤️❤️

thats the thing about starbucks in china, they still charge similar crazy prices to western places but there is currency and wealth gap in china, so its like us going into a starbucks and the coffee being like 20 pounds or something crazy.

please consider putting translations and subtitles if you want them to be there, every time at the same place on the screen. So ppl who want to not be exposed to translations and stuff can just cover up that part of the screen with their finger or smth. If they appear at different places it's difficult to avoid seeing them, and some ppl try to avoid it. Actually many ppl are into CI to avoid it

Please don't put subtitles or words on the screen, let them be an option instead of something I need to cover all the time. Listening to Mandarin while seeing them transcribed in those letters in the roman alphabet can make the learner connect Mandarin with another language sounds, which leads to pronunciation problems in the future.
What makes you think that is a problem for other people? Your preference might not be suitable for other learners. I actually like her style of showing only translations for difficult/less frequent words. It’s helpful and not distracting at all. And judging from the comments section, other people like this style too
If you move to China, you can see subtitles in tv programs, in tv series everytime. In this video I didn't see subtitles, I think because is for INTERMEDIATE person. I saw another vídeos of her, BASIC LEVEL has subtitles.
@@DiarioJagiya123 i notice that words that i have translated first I don't feel them as good as those i guessed the meaning from context. The main idea of the comprehensible input method is that we don't translate. If we don't know what those words mean we just postpone that until we understand them from context. Otherwise it ruins the method. There's no reason to struggle making it comprehensible if we just translate. There's millions video with translation. I try to avoid them
