I was born in 1971, and in the mid-80s in High School, me and my friends were singing the Temptations and the Four Tops. I spotted Levi Stubbs singing in the movie "Little Shop of Horrors!" I remember Motown at 25 in 1987 on TV. That was some fun! Nothing like it since!

Yes, I lived in LA, and had the good fortune to be a teen aged dancer on the LLoyd Thaxton show, and Shindig. got to meet and dance to many of the greats of the time.
