Super glue is certainly… a fix but if you have it you can swap the neck from the Super Saiyan Full Power Son Goku figure as it’s skin tone and neck peg are the exact same. Another fix is buying third party replacement joints. They make these for not only Figuarts figures but nenderoids, figmas. Super glue, for me, is a last resort fix.

The little steel wires that come with the bread bags you buy on any store work Just take out the peg, and fold the little wire until it is both long enough and thick to get sticked in the neck Yeah, it may not look good, but it is almost unbreakable and gives unlimited movement Same for hand pegs
Another way to fix is by getting a heat gun or really anything that makes heat and then use that on the figure put it near the neck that will soften the plastic on the neck then you some force to pop out the neck peg and buy a new one and you might have to paint it because most of the places you get it from will have it gray so if you don’t care just pop it back on and then put the figure in some cold water to harden the plastic back and pop back on the head and bam you done

You know what I did I had a ultra instinct goku sh figure arts the peg for his head broke but i had a base form goku so I took out the peg to his head then put it on ultra instinct Goku body and ultra instinct goku was good as new
WTF?! YOU SHOULD'VE put Goku to soak in lukewarm water for a minute, both head and body. Use tweezers to pull the ball part from the joint that was in the hair and remove the other part stuck in the neck, then use the glue to glue the joint and the ball, this way you would only lose the movement of lowering your head, but the head would be free for swapping BUT the best choice is to just buy a new joint
That's not actually a fix because the head it's. Frozen in place.. can't move at all. Best thing would be to remove the peg pieces. Using hot water. The. Try to buy or find a peg among other figures. You may have that fits
