If you rob the bank during the 9 to 5 job, you will earn 2000 from the vault. I like to pick the trendy job closest to the bank so I can run over to the bank while waiting for the next task. By the time you rob the bank and head back to the trending job, you get your next task and then repeat going back and forth until the trending job is over. You earn nearly $10,000 every 9-5 if you're fast enough.

Another useful tip for decorating: Use L2 if you need to delete multiple items back to back while in edit mode. That way you don't have to keep going back/forth to delete stuff.

Did you know that some npc can spawn in places where you can place a house so I placed my house there stopping everyone from becoming a scoundrel and another job you can do this by just not letinng visitors in when not are in your house
They need to make the rooftop only avaible for people who do own the A Lister and make it that only an A Lister can be placed. I'm tired of the broke people claiming it without a propery or with the free one. Like get a damn job 💀
